    Abstract: A device for fitting a handling block to an eyeglass lens to which the handling block adheres temporarily includes a receptacle into which the handling block is push-fitted. An ejector system associated with the receptacle facilitates disengagement of the handling block from the receptacle after it is fitted to the lens. This system is operative outside the receptacle and engages operatively on the eyeglass lens concerned. It comprises two ejector fingers movable parallel to the axis of the receptacle against return springs.

    Abstract: Apparatus for determining the diameter of an unprocessed ophthalmic lens to fit a particular eyeglass frame comprises a base and a guide on the base adapted to receive a card carrying diagrams of available lenses. A support on the base is adapted to receive the eyeglass frame to be fitted with lenses. The card guide is fixed relative to the base and comprises an elongate slot adapted to allow the card to slide within it. The frame support is mobile relative to the card guide in the direction at right angles to the slot.

    Abstract: The subject of the present invention is an apparatus for measuring ocular parameters of a patient, in particular parameters for mounting ophthalmic lenses on a glasses frame with a view to fitting these to a patient. In this apparatus, the reference means comprise two separation reference marks 13a, 14a each disposed on a transparent part of a separation reference mark carrier 13, 14 which can be moved independently of the other horizontally and perpendicularly to the optical axis 10, by a control mechanism 16, 17 manually actuated by means of a separation adjustment instrument 18, 19 which is accessible from outside the box 1, the said reference means comprising furthermore two pairs of height reference marks 11a, 11b; 12a, 12b respectively associated with the two eyes 8 of the patient.

La mesure de la position du centre de rotation de l'il en vision binoculaire assure que la lentille obtenue est mieux adaptée au porteur.
