Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a hair-dyeing composition excellent in the dyeing effect and making white hair incapable of distinguishing visually by containing a polyphenol compound and an iron salt in one pack and further containing a silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:This hair-dyeing agent composition contains 0.05-2wt.% of a compound selected from a pyrogallol, tannic acid, gallic acid or an ester thereof, and a vegetable extract containing a polyphenols, 0.01-3wt.% of an iron salt (e.g. ferrous sulfate), 0.1-10wt.% of a silicone oil (e.g. an amino-modified silicone) as active ingredients. The hair-dyeing agent composition is preferably further compounded with a propellant and subsequently charged in a pressure-resistant container under anaerobic atmosphere to produce an aerosol type agent. When produced as the aerosol type agent, the composition is especially not deteriorated with air, can uniformly dye hair, can reduce irregular dyeing, and can dye the hair into a desired color in a short time.

PURPOSE:To provide a novel aminophenol derivative or a salt thereof having good dyeability, discoloration resistance, washing resistance and abrasion resistance and useful as a coupling substance for obtaining a color tone having a high chroma. CONSTITUTION:An aminophenol derivative of formula 1 (R is lower alkyl; (n) is 2-4), e.g. 2-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenoxyethanol. A nitrophenyl derivative of formula 2 (R is H, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl) or a salt thereof as an intermediate, e.g. 5'-nitro-4'-(beta-hydroxyethoxy)-2'-methylphenylmethane sulfonate. The compound of formula I is obtained as follows; reacting a compound of formula III with ethylene oxide or an omegahaloalcohol to form a compound of formula II (R is the groups excluding H), hydrolyzing the formed compound of formula II to form the compound of formula II (R is H), and subsequently reducing the formed compound of formula II.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic product which can exhibit a sufficient bleaching power or a hair-dyeing power by preventing bleaching unevenness or dyeing unevenness by spraying a hair bleach or a hair dye in the form of foam from a non-aerosol type foamer container. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic product comprises a two-component hair cosmetic comprising a first component containing an alkali agent and a second component containing hydrogen peroxide wherein at least either of the first and second components contains a surfactant and a foamer container that sprays a mixture of the first and second components in the form of foam. In another embodiment, the hair cosmetic product comprises a two-component hair cosmetic comprising a first component containing an alkali agent and a second component containing hydrogen peroxide and is used by mixing the first and second components with each other by mixing them just before use and a foamer container that sprays a mixture of the first and second components in the form of foam, wherein the mixture contains 0.1-10 wt.% surfactant and has viscosity of 1-300 mPa s at 25°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second agent composition for hair dyeing or hair bleaching, excellent in preservation stability and mixing property with a first agent, without sticking on applying to the hair after mixing, excellent in extensibility and having a good compatibility with the hair and excellent in bleaching property. SOLUTION: This second agent for hair-dyeing or hair-bleaching, used by mixing with the first agent composition containing an alkaline agent is provided by containing the following components (a) to (c): (a) 2 to 18 wt.% of a surfactant; (b) 10 to 50 wt.% of an oily component; and (c) 0.1 to 12 wt.% of an oxidant based on hydrogen peroxide. Further, the agent contains (a1) 1.5 to 9.5 wt.% of a non-ionic surfactant having at least 12 to 17 HLB as the component (a) in the second agent, and has the weight ratio of the (b)/(a) in the range of 1 to 10 and ≤50 μm volume-average particle diameter of emulsion particles. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a two-pack type hair cosmetic which uses an aerosol container comprising an outer can and a plurality of resin-made flexible inner containers stored in the outer can, inhibits the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide contained in the second agent, when receiving the first agent containing an evaporable alkali agent in one of the resin-made flexible inner containers and receiving the second agent containing the hydrogen peroxide in the other, and exhibits good dyeability and bleachability. SOLUTION: This two-pack type hair cosmetic comprises the first agent comprising an aqueous medium and an evaporable alkali agent contained in the aqueous medium, and the second agent comprising an aqueous medium and hydrogen peroxide contained in the aqueous medium. The second agent contains an acid compound having an acid dissociation index pKa of 2 to 5 at 25°C and its salt in a total amount of 0.001 to 1 mol/kg, and has pH 2 to 5, and the first agent and the second agent are separately received in the resin-made flexible containers, respectively, stored in the outer can of the aerosol container to be simultaneously discharged. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair dye agent composition having a slight pungent odor, a low irritation, with which the hair can be made in a light color tone in a short time and excellently dyed from a light color to a deep color and the obtained color tone has an excellent color duration. SOLUTION: This hair dye agent composition comprises (A) 0.01-3 mol/kg of ammonia or an ammonium salt, (B) 0.001-1 mol/kg of a carbonate (except the ammonium salt), (C) 0.1-10,000 ppm of a transition metal salt and (D) a chelating agent in the molar ratio of the component [(A)/(B)] of the component A to the component of 0.1-5 and has pH 8.5-12.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject hair treatment composition that can readily brighten the color tone of hair in a shortened time with sufficient docoloring power or dye the hair in a good hue with extremely reduced irritant odor and reduced irritation to the scalp. SOLUTION: This hair-treatment composition contains (A) an alkaline agent as ammonia, alkanolamine, guanidium salt and (B) an aromatic alcohol of the formula (n is 0, 1; if n=0, X is a 2-6C alkylene; if n=1, X, Y are each a 1-6C alkylene) in a proportion of 0. 01-20 wt.% (A) and 0.1-30 wt.% (B). In addition an intermediate of oxidation dye may be added thereto. The objective composition is used in combination with an oxidizing agent as hydrogen peroxide, and shows excellent color fastness to shampoo with excellent color retention.

PURPOSE:To obtain the composition by combining an oxidizing agent, a specific silicone derivative, a specific long-chain monoalkyl type quaternary ammonium salt and a specific longchain dialkyl type quaternary ammonium salt and/or a branched alkyl type quaternary ammonium salt, CONSTITUTION:The hair treatment agent is prepared by combining an oxidizing agent with (A) a silicone derivative selected from modified silicones having alkoxy groups in their molecules and melting over 30 deg.C, dimethylpolysiloxanes having more than 1,000,000cs viscosity at 25 deg.C and methylphenylpolysiloxanes, (B) a long-chain monoalkyl type quaternary ammonium salt of formula I (R is alkyl; R to R are alkyl, benzyl; X is halogen, alkylsulfate), (C) a compound selected from long-chain dialkyl type quaternary ammonium salts of formula II (R , R are 8 to 22C alkyl; R , R is 1 to 3C alkyl) and branched alkyl type quaternary ammonium salts of formula III (R , R are 2 to 16 C alkyl; R is formula IV, alkyl; R , R are 1 to 3C alkyl). The composition can protect hairs from being damaged and provide nice touch feeling.
