    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid cleanser composition capable of cleansing a hard surface in a small amount without requiring a preliminary cleansing treatment and without damaging the hard surface, when cleansing the hard surface. SOLUTION: This liquid cleanser composition comprises the below-described component (a), an organic solvent and water, and has a viscosity of 2-500 mPa.s at 20 deg.C in a homogeneously stirred state. The component (a): water-insoluble spherical particles which have an average particle diameter of 0.01-15 μm and have each a two-layered structure comprising an outer shell and an inner shell which comprise different components, respectively. The water-insoluble spherical particles further satisfy the below-described requirements (A-1) and (A-2), or substantially exist in hexane phase, when the water-insoluble spherical particles are added to a liquid comprising water and hexane and then shaken. (A-1): the surface energy of the component constituting the outer shell is 10-60 mN/m. (A-2): the surface energy of the component constituting the outer shell is smaller than the surface energy of the component constituting the inner shell.
