A method and apparatus for reconfiguring multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) minimization of drive test (MDT) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a value tag for MBMS-MDT, and determines whether to perform MBMS-MDT reconfiguration by comparing the received value tag for MBMS-MDT with a stored value tag for MBMS-MDT. If the received value tag for MBMS-MDT and the stored value tag for MBMS-MDT are different from each other, the UE performs the MBMS-MDT reconfiguration. Alternatively, if a paging message includes an indicator of modification of the MBMS-MDT configuration, the UE acquires the MBMS-MDT configuration and performs the MBMS-MDT reconfiguration.

The method may comprise: receiving, by the UE, a request message about a visited cell history; and transmitting, by the UE, in response to the request, the visited cell history. The cell visited history may include time information corresponding to the current cell.

The UE operating in a wireless communication system receives DRX (Discontinuous Reception) configuration information from a network. When the UE transmits a specific indication, the UE ignores the DRX configuration information and monitor a PDCCH after transmitting the specific indication.

A method and apparatus for determining an initial state of a Secondary Cell Group in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs conditional PSCell change procedure from a current PSCell to the target PSCell based on determining that the execution condition is met. The conditional PSCell change procedure includes determining the initial state of the target PSCell. The initial state of the target PSCell is determined as the specific state, while the validity timer is running. The initial state of the target PSCell is determined same as a current state of the current PSCell, after the validity timer expires.

The present disclosure relates to a radio link monitoring in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a network, configuration information comprising a first condition for detecting a failure on a cell group; determining a second condition for detecting the failure on the cell group based on the first condition and a state of the cell group - the state of the cell group comprises at least one of a first state or a second state; performing a link monitoring (LM) on the cell group based on the first condition while the cell group is in the first state; and performing a LM on the cell group based on the second condition while the cell group is in the second state. The first state may be a state in which the UE monitors a first set of resources for a control channel on the cell group. The second state may be a state in which the UE monitors a second set of resources for a control channel on the cell group, or does not monitor a control channel on the cell group. The second condition may be related to a more relaxed condition for detecting the failure on the cell group than the first condition.
