The present invention discloses a method of performing a cell selection at a first communication module of a user equipment in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method includes receiving offset information from a network, measuring a cell for the cell selection, and determining whether to select the measured cell by applying the offset information to a measurement result, if a frequency on the measured cell is an unusable frequency.

A method and apparatus for supporting fairness between a duplicated packet and a non-duplicated packet in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device generates a duplicated packet of an original packet, receives a parameter, calculates an amount of the duplicated packet based on the parameter, and determines whether to drop the duplicated packet based on the calculated amount of the duplicated packet. Whether to drop the duplicated packet based on the amount of the duplicated packet may be determined based on a maximum limit of packets, which comprises a channel occupancy ratio (CR) limit or a maximum amount of packets to be transmitted.

Provided is a method for declaring a radio link failure (RLF) by a radio resource control (RRC) layer of a user equipment (UE). The method may include: receiving information on failure of beam recovery, from a lower layer of the UE; receiving at least one out-of-sync (OOS) signal, from the lower layer of the UE; and when a number of OOS signals which is received after receiving the information on failure of beam recovery satisfies a threshold value, declaring the RLF.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting UE capability in a wireless communication system includes: receiving capability indexes related to the UE capability from a network; and transmitting at least one of the capability indexes and difference configuration of the UE capability compared to the at least one of the capability indexes to the network.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for triggering resource reselection for sidelink transmission prioritized over the uplink transmission in wireless communication system, the method comprising: performing an autonomous denial procedure for uplink transmission when uplink transmission and sidelink transmission are overlapped in a subframe, wherein the subframe is one of subframes allowed for denial of the uplink transmission during a validity period; triggering sidelink resource reselection if a number of subframes for which the UE is required to deny any uplink transmission during the autonomous denial procedure is above a threshold value; and performing the sidelink resource reselection.

A method for processing signals by a user equipment (UE) in a Wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of transmitting, to a network, a request message for configuring a time resource in which a transmission of a message via a sidelink is prioritized over a transmission of an uplink message and a reception of a downlink message; receiving, from the network, a configuration message as a response of the request message; and transmitting the V2X message in the time resource via the sidelink.

An eNodeB (eNB) receives a first paging message including a first user equipment (UE) identity (ID) from a mobility management entity (MME). The eNB checks whether a UE context mapped to the first UE ID is present or not. If it is checked that the UE context mapped to the first UE ID is present, the eNB transmits a second paging message including a second UE ID, which replaces the first UE ID, to a UE.
