A method and apparatus for assigning a power of a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG) in dual connectivity in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a configuration for a minimum power per CG from a network, and assigns the power per CG based on the received configuration. In this case, at least one of the MCG or the SCG is configured with at least one timing advance (TA).

The present specification provides a method and UE for receiving configuration usable for a discovery, which can be used in a small cell scenario. In detail, the UE is configured for receiving measurement configuration for a discovery signal, wherein the discovery signal includes CRS, PSS, and SSS. The discovery may further include a channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) depending on a configuration of the CSI-RS. The measurement configuration may include at least one set of configuration elements. The UE performs a measurement on the discovery signal based on the received configuration.
