    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a work process by sandwiching and fixing a strainer made of wire-netting between the end part of an intake pipe and the bottom face of a large diameter portion. CONSTITUTION:A strainer 14 made of wire-netting is sandwiched and fixed by means of the end of the intake pipe 12 and the bottom face part 6d of a large diameter part by press-inserting the intake pipe 12 into the large diameter part 6c of an intake pipe mounting hole 6a. Therefore, it is not required to fix the strainer made of wire-netting to the intake pipe 12 itself, and the strainer 14 made of wire-netting can be sandwiched and fixed when the intake pipe 12 is forced in the intake pipe mounting hole 6a of an anti-motor side plate 6. Therefore, the shape of the intake pipe 12 is simplified and work man-hour can be decreased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating effect of the returned coolant gas by supporting a suction tube which extends, penetrating through a sealed container, onto the sealed container through a sleeve, etc., having the heat insulating performance. CONSTITUTION:The intake passage of a sealed type compressor communicates to a suction tube 2 fixed onto a sealed container 1 and a suction muffler 5 which is made of the heat insulating material such as plastic through an inserting tube 4 which communicates to the tube 2 and has a flexible connecting fitting 3 midway. In this case, a sleeve 6 which is made of the heat insulating stainless steel having a low heat conductivity is fitted into a penetration part where the suction tube 2 penetrates through the sealed container 1. The suction tube 2 is inserted into the sleeve 6. Therefore, the transmission of the heat of the sealed container 1 to the suction tube 2 is prevented, and the heat insulating effect of the returned coolant gas is improved.

CONSTITUTION:A shaft 5 forms its main axial part 6c in a radius larger than a value subtracting an eccentric amount E from a radius in an eccentric part 7, after a roller 12 is inserted into the eccentric part 7 of the shaft 5, a sleeve 14 is secured to a subaxial part 6a of the shaft 5. Thus enabling the shaft eccentric part 7 to decrease its diameter further the subaxial part 6a to increase its diameter, a compressor, decreasing a sliding loss, can enhance efficiency while reliability for wearing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of a compressor and to improve efficiency of the compressor by connecting a radiating volume to a discharge chamber of a rotary compressor through a discharge connecting portion and connecting a closed receptacle of the rotary compressor to the radiating volume through a release connecting portion. CONSTITUTION:Gas compressed by a cylinder 22 disposed in the interior of a closed receptacle 15 in a rotary compressor 14 is discharged to a discharge chanber and then discharged to the interior of a radiating volume 20 through a discharge connecting portion 18. Gas is rectified by muffler action of the radiating volume 20 to decrease pulsation, and the temperature of gas is lowered by heat exchange with the outside. After that, gas is released from the radiating volume 20 through a release connecting portion 19 into the closed receptacle 15, and discharged to the outside of the compressor 14 through a discharge pipe 16. Thus, the temperature of the compressor 14 is lowered without increasing noise of the compressor 14, so that the efficiency of the compressor 14 is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a forming metal mold and reduce a cost by dividing a suction muffler by a plane perpendicular to the direction of the suction hole of the cylinder head of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:A suction gas is fed into a suction muffler 10 via a suction tube 4 and a spring 5 and sent into a compression chamber from the suction port 7a of a cylinder head 7. The suction muffler 10 consists of muffler 10a, 10b which are divided by a plane perpendicular to the direction of the suction port 7a of the cylinder head 7 and a connecting pipe 10c. Thereby, the forming metal of the suction muffler can be simplified increasing the number of formed items while reducing cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable easy assembly work by connecting a transfer pipe open upward vertically at one end to a joint pipe via a delivery pipe. CONSTITUTION:One end of a transfer pipe 1 is continuous to a discharge muffler 2 and the other end thereof is extended upward vertically and open. The end of a joint pipe 3 is extended upward vertically inside a closed casing 101 and open. A delivery pipe 4 has a straight portion 5 and closes and makes continuous the open ends of the transfer pipe 1 and the joint pipe inside the closed casing 101. Consequently, assembly work can be done by simply lowering the delivery pipe 4 vertically after the positioning thereof.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attach a sphere to a spherical seat with pressure surely with simple and inexpensive constitution as well as to prevent play and noise between the sphere and the spherical seat from occurring, by attaching the sphere to the spherical seat of a piston with pressure by dint of spring force of the compressed spring locked to the piston. CONSTITUTION:A spherical seat 14 is installed in the bottom of a piston 13. On the other hand, at both ends of a connecting rod 18, there are provided with a sphere 10 to be connected to the spherical seat 14 of the piston 13 and a ring connecting part 18a to be connected to a crankshaft, respectively. And, a concave compressed spring 15 is installed in an inner side face 16 of the piston 13 via fixtures 17, whereby the sphere 10 is attached to the spherical seat 14 with pressure. With this constitution, the sphere 10 is attached to the spherical seat with pressure surely with simple and inexpensive constitution, thus not only play and noise between the sphere 10 and the spherical seat 14 is prevented from occurring but also reliability and durability are well improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an ideal sliding state through simple constitution, by a method wherein a spherical body, formed to a connecting rod connected to a crank shaft, is connected to a spherical seat formed in the bottom of a piston, and the spherical body is pressed against the spherical seat by means of a pressure contact spring press-fitted in the inner side of the piston. CONSTITUTION:A spherical seat 14 is formed in the bottom of a piston 13, and is connected to a spherical body 10 formed to a connecting rod 9. A circular pressure contact spring 15 is press-fitted in an inner side 16 of the piston 13, and the spherical body 10 is pressed against the spherical seat 14 thereby. Slit 17, through which oil is guided from the back of the piston 13 to the spherical body 10 and the spherical seat 14, are formed in the side of the pressure contact spring 15. This constitution forces the spherical body 10 to be always pressed against the spherical seat 14 through the spring force of the pressure contact spring 15, and prevents production of a play without locating a resilient body, resulting in reduction of the generation of noise, which is heretofore a problem of a closed type motor compressor, and improvement of reliability.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent distortion on the inside face of a cylinder block which may be produced at the time of assembling by forming nearly an arch-shaped space in between the lower outside face of the compression space part and the inside face of the holding part which is fixed to a frame, of said cylinder block. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder block 8 consists of a compression chamber part 9, a cylinder head engaging parts 10 provided on one end face of the compression chamber 9, and plural holding parts 11 having holes for fixing the cylinder block 8 to a frame 6. And, an arch-shaped space 12 is provided in between the lower outside face of the compression chamber 9 and the inside face of the holding part 11. By this structure, when the holding parts 11 are clamped to the frame 6 with bolts, even if the flatness of either of the holding parts 11 or the frame 6 is poor, either of the holding part 11 can be distorted to absorb the poor flatness without impairing the roundness of the compression chamber 9.
