Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having an ice plant, with which mounting and dismounting of an ice making plate on an icemaker can be readily conducted with stability. SOLUTION: The refrigerator having an ice plant comprises an icemaker 2 wherein temperature is adequately kept for ice making, an ice making plate 12 disposed in the icemaker, a drive unit 17 to which the ice making plate is detachably connected and which separates ice from the ice making plate by rotating the ice making plate, and a support 18 which is provided so as to be freely put into or put out from the icemaker and detachably support the ice making plate from outside the icemaker. Thus, the plate 12 can be stably removed from and inserted into the icemaker 2, being supported by the support 18, and in addition, the ice making plate itself can be constituted so as to be mounted or dismounted on the support.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an automatic ice machine capable of separating an ice from an ice chamber by a small twisting torque to further reduce in size and cost of the ice machine. SOLUTION: An ice-making tray 1 is rotated reversely to a rotation of an ice releasing direction to bring the tray 1 into contact with a first stopping part 16, further rotated at a predetermined angle to give a first twist to the tray 1. After the first twits is given, the tray 1 is rotated in the ice releasing direction to bring the tray 1 into contact with a second stopping part, further rotated at a predetermined angle to give a second twist to the tray 1. Thus, since two twists of different directions are given to the tray 1, the ice is completely lifted from a contact surface of the chamber, and the ice can be easily separated from the tray 1.

CONSTITUTION:A pair of gears 43 and 44, a gear case 28, and a cover 26 are made of resin, and a protrusion difference in a level 38c is formed in the slide contact part between the central part of a seal surface 38 making slide contact with the sides of the gears 43 and 44 and a cover 26, the level of which is lower than that of an outer peripheral part 38a after molding, so that the height of a central part (slide contact part) is adjusted to the same value as that of the outer peripheral part 38a and sealing ability is ensured.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the water proofness of a terminal portion, reliability of electric contact, etc., by fixing a water-proof type connector used at an electric connection part to a stopper and making up an electric contact member separately from a piston operation regulating member. CONSTITUTION:A water-proof connector 30 having electric connection terminal portions 31 of a terminal member 32 at an opening portion is fixed to a stopper 29. Moreover, at an end of the connector 30, a pair of contact members 34 opened and closed by a spacer 26 are installed fixed to the end of the electric connection terminal portions 31. When the pressure of a hydraulic pressure led in from the pressure lead-in hole of the case 21 installed at the hydraulic line makes a piston 25 move resisting the power of a bias spring 28 and the spacer 26 fixed to the piston 25 get into the contact members 34 which opposingly come into contact such that the contact members 34 open, so that it is possible to turn the current off.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an excellent waterproof power connection structure and enhance the electrical contact reliability and assembling operation efficiency, by fixing a waterproof sleeve via a seal O-ring. CONSTITUTION:One end portion of a grounded metallic case 21 is provided, at its outer periphery, with a threaded portion 22 for mounting to a hydraulic line. The metallic case is interiorly hollow and is formed with a pressure introduction port 23. A piston chamber 24 is communicated with the introduction port 23, and a piston 25 is provided which is freely slidable from the port 23 through the chamber 24 in the axial direction, which piston is provided, at its one end, with a contact member 26a and, at its pressure introduction port 23 side, with an oil seal O-ring 27. A bias spring 28 urges the piston 25 toward the pressure introduction port 23. An earth plate 29 is provided. A connector 30 having a waterproof sleeve 32 fixes a terminal member 31 having a terminal 31a by insert molding. The terminal member 31 is mounted, at its end, with a contact member 26b, and is secured by caulking to one end of the case 21 together with the earth plate 29 and the seal O-ring 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a drive source fro overloading by providing a fine shape memory alloy wire coupled to a leaf spring fixed at one end and attached at the other to a base plate, and a spindle in contact at one end with the vicinity of the center of the shape memory alloy wire and in contact at the other with an opening/closing plate through the base plate. CONSTITUTION:Since a shape memory alloy wire 109 is not energized when a normal time damper open command is not output, it is in an elongated state, and an opening/closing plate 105 is energized in a closing direction by the energizing force of a bias spring 107. When a command for opening a damper is output from a control circuit, the shape memory alloy wire 109 is directly energized to contract by self-generating heat to rotate clockwise the opening/closing plate 105 via a spindle 113 against the energizing force of the bias spring 107, thereby opening an opening 103. Even if a damper open command is output due to freezing, etc., the opening/closing plate 105 is not opened. Since a leaf spring 112 is deflected if an overload tends to be applied to the shape memory alloy wire 109, the shape memory alloy wire 109 is not overloaded to be protected.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide good sealing performance and cause freezing not to occur easily by installing a leaf spring both on the rear side of a base plate and on the opening side of an opening/closing plate in such an orientation as closing the opening/closing plate. CONSTITUTION:An opening/closing plate 102 is equipped with a packing 108 a little greater than the opening 107 in a base plate 105 in such a position as mating therewith and energized by a leaf spring 117 fixed by a holddown spring 119 in the direction as contacting the base plate 105, i.e. in the direction of at all times closing the opening 107. The opening/closing plate 102 is operated by a transmission part 115 consisting of a cam 113 and a longitudinally moving pin 114 by a motor 103. Even when frozen under humid condition, this opening/ closing plate 102 can be energized evenly at all times in the direction of closing.
