Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the workability and reduce the cost of electric parts for a closed type motor-driven compressor by providing a base integrated with a bag-like terminal containing chamber and an operating capacitor contained in the opposite side of a glass terminal in the terminal containing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A bag-like cover 20 has an opening end. A base 21 is enagaged with the opening end of the cover 20 to be fitted with a glass terminal 11. The bag-like terminal containing chamber 21b and a capacitor base part 21c where a capacitor is installed are provided integrally. An operating capacitor 22 is contained on the terminal containing chamber 21b on the opposite side of the glass terminal. Only one main work is required, and need of a capacitor case or a long wiring material is eliminated. The workability can thus be improved, and the economy is improved extremely.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a compressor by providing a cooling path having the lower end extended vertically and both ends opened into an enclosed container near the compression chamber of a compression element, while providing a projection above the cooling path in the enclosed container so that an upper opening of the cooling path is positioned below the projection. CONSTITUTION:One end of a stay 18 is fixedly welded to an enclosed case 1 and the other end is disposed in a position adjacent to the upper opening of a cooling path 19. High temperature and pressure refrigerant gas fill a space 17 within an enclosed container and dissolving oil 21 and the oil 21 floating in the space 17 collide with the stay 18, so that these drop from the stay 18 and the oil drops flow in the cooling path 19. As a result, a compression chamber 9 is cooled from the proximity of a compression chamber 9 so that temperatures of exhaust gas and suction gas are reduced. Thus, the volume efficiency of the compressor is improved to provide the high efficiency compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain any temperature increase in an intake pipe and intake gas by pressing one end of an intake pipe with a small coefficient of thermal conductivity in an anti-rotor side housing for forming a compression element, and interposing a gasket between a projecting portion near the above one end and the end surface of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 is fixed in the interior of a closed case 1, and a crankshaft 5 having a rotor 4 fixed to one end thereof is disposed concentrically with the center of the inner wall of a cylinder 6 in the interior of the stator 2. A roller 7 is rotatably installed on the eccentric portion of the crankshaft 5, and the roller forms a compression element 11 together with a vane 10 for partitioning a compression chamber 9. In this arrangement, one end of an intake pipe 16 formed by material with a small coefficient of thermal conductivity such as stainless or the like, is pressed in a communicating hole 13 of an anti- rotor side housing 8. A gasket 17 is fixed between a large-diameter projecting portion 16a formed near one end of the intake pipe 16 and the end surface of the anti-rotor side housing 8.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate leakage of refrigerant gas and deformation of an auxiliary bearing by fixing an oil feeding cover, the one end of which is open into an oil and in which an oil feeding spring is stored, through a gasket to the shaft-supporting auxiliary bearing on the end surface opposite the the electric drive element side. CONSTITUTION:An oil is reserved and an electric drive element and compressive element are stored in a closed container 1. A shaft 9 with an eccentric portion 10, an oil feeding spring 14 screwed into the shaft 9 at the end opposite to the electric drive element side, an oil feeding cover 15 the one end of which is open into the oil 4 an in which the oil feeding spring 14 is stored, and an auxiliary bearing 50 bearing the shaft 9 at a position opposite to the electric drive element side are at least provided for the compressive element. In this case, the oil feeding cover 15 is fixed through a gasket 52 to the auxiliary bearing 50 on the end surface opposite to the electric drive element. Thus, leakage of the refrigerant gas discharged into a discharge muffler chamber 54 to the oil feeding cover 15 can be eliminated and deformation of the auxiliary bearing 50 due to press-fitting can also be eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress heat transfer from a closed container to a suction pipe to increase volume efficiency of a compressor by forming the suction pipe, communication to the low pressure chamber of a compression element, of a material with small heat conductivity, and applying a cupper plating to the communicating portion of the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A stator 3 constituting an electric drive element 2 and a compression element 4 are fixed in a closed container 1. Also, a shaft 6, the one end of which is fixed into a rotor 5, is provided in the stator 3 in the same axis as the closed container. In addition, a cylinder 11, forming a compression chamber 15, is provided in the same axis as the shaft 6, and bearings 12 and 13 are provided on both surfaces of the cylinder 11. A roller 14, revolving eccentrically along the compression chamber 15, is provided on the shaft 6, and a vane 8, separating the compression chamber 15, is pressed against the roller 14. In this case, a suction pipe 7', pressed into the bearing 13 at a position opposite to a motor side, is formed of a material with small heat conductivity. The pressed-in portion of the suction pipe 7' is plated with cupper.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve volume efficiency of a compressor by arranging a thermal insulation plate composed by an insulation member which seals an end face of a cylinder and has a discharge valve and a valve seat on its anti-cylinder side face, while arranging a sub-bearing for jounaling a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A thermal insulation plate 15 seals an anti-electric element 2 side end face of a cylinder 7, and has a discharge valve 16 and a valve seat 17 on its anti-cylinder side face. A sub-bearing 18 is so arranged as to cover the discharge valve 16 and journal the anti-electric element side of a shaft 5. It is possible to make the thermal insulation plate 15 be a flat plate and to perform surface rubbing of a valve seat face and a cylinder side face of the thermal insulation plate 15. Sealability of the valve seat and volume efficiency of a compressor are thus improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a flat polishing at a discharge valve seat possible, and to secure a stable performance by sealing an end face of a cylinder, and by providing a plate which has a discharge valve and the valve seal at the side opposite to the cylinder side, and a sub-bearing which supports the side opposite to the motor-driven element side. CONSTITUTION:A plate 15 seals an end face of a cylinder 7, and has a discharge valve 16 and a valve seat 17 at the side opposite to the cylinder side. A sub- bearing 18 is so provided as to cover the discharge valve 16, and supports the side opposite to the side of a a motor-driven element 2 of the shaft 5. It is possible to flatten the plate 16, and to polish the valve seat side of the plate 15 and to make a flat polishing on the cylindrical side. Thus, sealability of the valve seat 17 is improved, and an stable performance of an compressor is secured.

SOLUTION: This sealed electric compressor comprises: a valve plate; a recessed portion formed on a valve plate at an opposite side to a cylinder; an outlet hole provided with a discharge valve seat placed on the recessed portion; a valve holding portion arranged on the same plane as the discharge valve seat placed on the recessed portion; the discharge reed provided with a cap opening and closing an opening of the outlet hole; and a spring lead placed on the discharge reed at an opposite side to the valve plate; and a stopper placed on the spring lead at an opposite side to the discharge reed. The spring lead is arranged to have a gap to the discharge reed cap. The stopper has at least two approximately parallel portions on different levels to a plane including the discharge valve seat and a valve holding portion.
