Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the heat conduction quantity to the compressed gas in an intake pipe and improve the compression performance by constituting the double intake pipe directly guiding the gas to be compressed into a cylinder provided in a shell with an enclosed structure with an outer pipe and an inner pipe arranged with a gap between them. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 7 storing a roller 6 rotated by a motor consisting of a stator 3 and a rotor 4 is provided in an enclosed shell 2. The gas to be compressed sucked through a double intake pipe 11 by the eccentric rotation of this roller 6 is compressed then discharged through a discharge pipe. The double intake pipe 11 is fitted to the enclosed shell 2 by welding and integrally constituted with an outer pipe 11a and an inner pipe 11b via a spacer 11c, a gap is secured between both pipes 11a and 11b by the spacer 11c. The heat conduction quantity to the compressed gas in the intake pipe 11 is thereby reduced, the density reduction or pressure increase of the compressed gas is prevented, the efficiency of a compressor is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To aim at the abatement of a sliding loss by constituting one side of compressor frictional mechanism members with a metal material containing a large quantity of nonferroud metal constituent parts and the other side with a ferroud sintered material subjected to lead impregnating treatment, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 7 is assembled with a roller 3 decentered to a shaft 2, and this roller 3 is rotated as coming into closely contact with an inner wall of a cylinder 8 and as pressing a tip curvature part of a vane 9. A ferrous sintered material subjected to lead impregnating treatment is used on this cylinder 8, and a cobalt radical alloy is used for the vane 9. In this connection, as a vane material, a metal material containing more than 15wt.% of at least one type of nonferrous metal such as W, Co, Mo, Cr or the like may used. In addition, as for a lead impregnating ratio of the ferrous sintered material, a range of 5wt.%-30wt.% is appropriate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease a coefficient of friction and to reduce sliding loss by forming one of friction mechanism members using ceramics or metal-group material coated with ceramics and forming the other thereof using iron-group sintered material impregnated with lead. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 1 is constructed so that a roller 3 supported by a shaft 2 is rotated with eccentricity while being brought into close contact with the inner wall of a cylinder 8 and a fluid in a space partitioned by a vane 9 inserted in a vane groove 10 provided on a part of the cylinder 8, the forward end portion of which is brought into sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3, the roller 3 and the cylinder 8 is compressed by the eccentric rotation. In this case, the cylinder 8 as a friction mechanism member is formed by iron-group sintered material impregnated with lead. On the other hand, the vane 9 as a friction mechanism member is formed by ceramics or iron-group material, the surface of which is coated with ceramics. Thus, sliding lose especially between the vane 9 and the vane groove 10 can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to make transparent ice simply even in a household refrigerator by letting an electric current flow between the electrodes placed in an ice making case in which water is filled and, further, generating a strong magnetic field by a super-conductive coil. CONSTITUTION:When making ice, water is filled in an ice making case 1 and this case is placed in a refrigerating chamber. Electrodes 2 are provided on the inner wall surfaces which are opposite to the ice making case 1 and they are connected to a direct current electric power source 3. Super-conductive coils 4 are arranged near the wall face of the ice making case 1 in pairs in the direction almost at right angle to those electrodes 2. The water in the ice making case 1 is not pure water but water which is obtained as pot water and electrically conductive, and an electric current flows through the water between the electrodes 2. On the other hand a strong magnetic flux is generated between superconductive coils 4 by the super-conductive coils. A Lorenz force is generated thereby by the electric current flowing between the electrodes 2 and the magnetic flux generated between the superconductive coils, generating a water flow in the ice making case 1. By this water flow the air bubbles in the water can be removed and transparent ice can be made.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase heat transfer coefficient by a method wherein a multitude of rise-up slits are provided continuously between heat transfer tubes of a plate fin and the sides of the rise-up slits are formed so as to be slanted with respect to the direction of airflow while the rise-up slits are formed so as to have different heights in the continued several pieces thereof. CONSTITUTION:The flat plate type plate fin 11 is provided with fin collars 12, risen up with equal intervals. The plate fins 11 are fitted to the heat transfer tubes 13. The rise-up slits 11a-11h are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the plate fin 11 so that the sides of the slits 11a-11h are slanted with respect to the direction of the air-flow B and the heights thereof are different in two stages in the front and rear surfaces of the fin. According to this constitution, the temperature boundary layer of the leading side rise-up slits 11a, 11b, 11c, 11f is reduced before entering next rise-up slits 11c, 11d, 11g, 11h, whereby the growth of the temperature boundary layer may be restrained and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger may be increased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive the cost down and the improvement of heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger by a method wherein belt-type protuberances, formed continuously on the front and rear surfaces of a fin so as to be opposed to the airflow in the heat exchanger, are provided on the flat fin between heat transfer tubes. CONSTITUTION:The finned heat exchanger is formed by a method wherein the heat transfer tubes 8 are inserted vertically into the fin collars 7 of the flat plate fin 6 and the fin collars 7 and the heat transfer tubes 8 are integrated by expanding the heat transfer tubes 8 from the inside thereof. Upon expanding the tubes, the belt-type protuberances 10 are formed continuously on the front and rear surfaces of the flat plate fin 6 between the heat transfer tubes in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fin 6 where by the flat plate fin 6, weakened in the strength thereof by providing slit type cut-ups 11, can be reinforced sufficiently and smooth expanding work of the tube may be effected. The airflow, passing between the slit type cut-ups 11 provided on the front and rear surfaces of the flat plate fin 6, collides against the belt type protuberances 10 and the flow thereof is disturbed, whereby the formation of temperature boundary layer is interferred. Accordingly, a temperature gradient on the surface of the fin is increased and heat exchange between the fins and the airflow is promoted, whereby the heat transfer coefficient may be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase heat transfer rate remarkably by a method wherein inclined bridge type cut-ups and louver type raised slots, having an inclined angle to a fin and penetrating from the front surface to the rear surface of the fin, are provided alternately and continuously. CONSTITUTION:Flon refrigerant, flowing in copper tubes 11 in the condition of two-phase flow, transfers the heat thereof to fin collars 12, fins 13, bridge type raised slots 14 and louver type raised slots 15, formed by aluminum, and effects heat exchange between air flowing from the direction of arrow sign C in the diagram. Re-adhering phenomena of air to the raised slot surfaces are generated in a boundary layer formed above the bridge type raised slot 14 since the flow of air, flowed thereinto by the louver type cut-up 15, collides against the upper surface of the bridge type raised slot 14. According to this method, the heat transfer rate on the upper surface of the bridge type raised slot 14 may be increased remarkably.
