    Abstract: According to the present invention, there is provide a coated film which can be suitably used in various applications in which it is required to exhibit a good adhesion property to a solvent-free type resin layer, for example, as a member for a prism sheet or a microlens employed in a backlight unit for liquid crystal displays, etc. The present invention relates to a coated film comprising a polyester film and a coating layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film which is prepared from a coating solution comprising a polyurethane resin comprising a carbon-carbon double bond moiety in an amount of not less than 0.5% by weight based on a total weight of the polyurethane resin, in which the coating film is used for forming, on a surface of the coating layer, a functional layer prepared from a solvent-free type active energy ray-curable coating material, and the carbon-carbon double bond moiety in the coating layer is capable of reacting with a carbon-carbon double bond in a compound constituting the functional layer.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film which can solve various problems of a TAC film, is excellent in adhesiveness to an adhesive, has high total light transmittance, can reduce the deterioration of liquid crystal by ultraviolet rays, and can be suitably used as a protective film for a polarizing film.SOLUTION: A laminated polyester film has a coating layer of 0.04-0.15 μm thickness mainly comprising a urethane resin on one surface of a polyester film containing an ultraviolet absorber, has a coating layer containing a urethane resin having a polycarbonate structure on the other surface, and has an adhesive layer on the latter coating layer.
