Abstract: A portable liquid measuring and filtering device includes a measuring channel, at least one sensor, at least one actuating device and a filtering element. The measuring channel is used for allowing a target liquid to flow therethrough. The at least one sensor is disposed within the measuring channel for measuring the target liquid. The at least one actuating device is in communication with the measuring channel for transferring the target liquid. The filtering element is disposed within the measuring channel and arranged adjacent to the at least one actuating device for filtering the target liquid. If a measuring result of the sensor indicates that a monitored value of the target liquid is abnormal, the actuating device is enabled to transfer the target liquid. Consequently, the target liquid is filtered by the filtering element.

Abstract: A method for providing air quality information is disclosed. The method includes steps of collecting single-point air quality data from a plurality of mobile devices in a predetermined period of time, wherein the single-point air quality data is sensed by an actuating and sensing module of the mobile device and transmitted to a cloud data processing device through communication transmission. The single-point air quality data is combined with geographic information and processed to generate a real-time air quality map by the cloud data processing device. After the cloud data processing device receives a current location from a client device through communication transmission, information including a motion direction, a designated route, air quality information related to the current location, abnormal-air-quality notification or an evacuated route is transmitted to the client device.

Abstract: A wearable liquid supplying device for insulin injection is fixed on a user's body through a ring belt and includes a carrier body, a flow-guiding-and-actuating unit, a sensor, an air bag, a miniature air pump and a driving chip. The sensor measures sweat on human skin to detect a level of the blood glucose. The driving chip receives the glucose monitoring data and accordingly controls the actuation of the flow-guiding-and-actuating unit and the open/closed states of the switching valves. The miniature air pump is enabled to inhale gas into the air bag, so that the air bag is inflated and the ring belt contacts the human skin tightly. The flow-guiding-and-actuating unit is enabled to generate a pressure difference so that the insulin liquid is transported to a liquid guiding outlet through a liquid guiding channel and flows into the microneedle patch for being injected into the subcutaneous tissue.

The fluid transportation device includes an input channel and an output channel. The input channel is in communication with the liquid container. The output channel is in communication with the liquid conduit of the atomizer. The cigarette liquid is transferred to the atomizer at a certain amount. Consequently, an atomized vapor is generated.

Abstract: A VOC detecting and warning method is provided. Firstly, an actuating-and-sensing module having a gas transportation actuator and a gas sensor is provided. Then, the gas transportation actuator guides a specified amount of gas to the gas sensor for obtaining plural monitored values, each of which is generated according to a result of detecting volatile organic compounds of the gas in each monitoring time interval by the gas sensor. All the monitored values obtained in a unit time period are added together and calculated, so that an average comparison value is obtained. If the average comparison value is determined greater than an injury threshold defined according to the VOC inhalation amount affecting the health of a human body, the actuating-and-sensing module issues a warning notification to notify the user to take protective measures.

Abstract: A micro pump is applied to be implanted into human's blood vessels and includes a substrate, a flow-guiding-and-actuating unit, plural switching valves, a driving chip and a micro-mirror. The substrate has plural guiding channels including an inlet channel, an outlet channel and a branch channel. The flow-guiding-and-actuating unit covers a compressing chamber, and is enabled to change the volume of the compressing chamber so as to transport fluid. When a communication connector of the driving chip receives an external command, the driving chip enables the flow-guiding-and-actuating unit and the micro-mirror, and controls the open/closed states of the switching valves covering an outlet aperture and a storage outlet, thereby the flow-guiding-and-actuating unit drives the fluid medicine from a storage chamber to the outlet aperture, so as to deliver the fluid medicine to a target blood vessel.

Abstract: The actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, at least one bracket and a piezoelectric plate. The suspension plate includes a first surface and a second surface and is capable of bending and vibrating. The outer frame surrounds a periphery of the suspension plate. The at least one bracket is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame for supporting the suspension plate. The piezoelectric plate includes a first electrode and a second electrode made of silver palladium alloy doped with graphene. The first electrode is coated with a conducting layer made of graphene-doped paint, and the second electrode is coated with an adhesive layer made of graphene-doped epoxy glue. The adhesive layer is configured to attach and in adhesion with the first surface of the suspension plate. A voltage is applied to the first electrode and the second electrode to make the suspension plate bend and vibrate.

Abstract: An actuating and sensing module includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an actuating device and a sensor. A gas flow channel is formed by stacking the first substrate and the second substrate. The gas inlet, the gas flow channel and the gas outlet are in communication with each other to define a gas flow loop. The actuating device is disposed in the gas inlet of the second substrate and electrically connected to a control circuit to obtain a driving power. The sensor is disposed in the gas flow loop and electrically connected to a control circuit of the first substrate to transmit sensed data. While the actuating device drives outside gas from the outside, the gas is transported into the gas flow loop and sensed by the sensor.

Abstract: A portable air cleaning apparatus includes a housing, an actuating and sensing device and an air cleaning unit. The housing includes an inlet through hole and an outlet through hole. The actuating and sensing module and the air cleaning unit are disposed inside the housing. The actuating and sensing module includes an actuating device and a sensor. The actuating device drives an external air to flow into an interior of the housing via the inlet through hole and discharge the air via the outlet through hole, so as to form an internal air flow. The sensor detects the internal air flow to generate an air-sensing result, such that the actuating and sensing module can accordingly control the air cleaning unit to turn on, turn off, or adjust cleaning intensity. Thus, the portable air cleaning apparatus can monitor and automatically clean the ambient air at the same time.
