    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a metal oxide film having conduit holes and hollow holes capable of adsorbing various substances by forming patterns on the surface of various substrates by means of a decomposable material, further providing a layer of metal or organic metal on the above, performing oxidation treatment in an oxidizing atmosphere, and then removing the above pattern material by means of decomposition. CONSTITUTION:For example, patterns, such as straight lines, curves, wavy lines, and dashed lines, are formed on the surface of a substrate composed of metal, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc., by means of a combustible, pyrolytic, or solution-soluble material by a printing method, a transcribing method, etc., and then, a film of metal, such as Al, Ti, Si, and Zn, is formed on the above by a PVD method or a film of organometallic compound represented by a general formula MRn (where M means the above metals, R means at least one functional group among alkyl group, acetyl group, and alcoholate group, and the symbol (n) is an integer from 2 to 4) is provided by a CVD method, etc. The above substrate is oxidized in an oxidizing atmosphere and then the above pattern-forming material is removed by means of heating, dissolution, etc., to form continuous conduit holes and hollow holes having the above-mentioned patterns in the above metal oxide film, by which the substrate having the metal oxide film having a function of adsorbing various materials in the conduit holes, etc., can be formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject printed matter which call be inexpensively produced in industry and is useful as a catalogue or the like by using as major components, a nitrogen-free thermosetting resin, an oxidatively polymerizable fat and oil and a lubricant of a higher fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:The subject printed matter is composed of (A) 15 to 90wt.% of an N-free thermosetting resin, (B) 10 to 60wt.% of an oxidatively polymerizable fat and oil and (C) 1 to 20wt.% of a higher fatty acid lubricant. The component A is at least one selected from alkyd resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin or their modified resins, the component B is at least one selected from drying oils and semi-drying oils and the component C is at least one selected from higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid(bis)amides, higher fatty acid esters and their derivatives.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an acidic ester of polyvinyl acetal useful as raw material for paints, adhesives, etc., by reacting a specified polyvinyl acetal compound with a polycarboxylic acid anhydride in an organic solvent to a specified degree of esterification.
    CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl acetal compound formed from a 2W9C mono aldehyde and having a degree of acetalization of 60W80mol% is dissolved by heating in a carbonyl group-containing organic solvent (e.g., aldehyde or ketone). To this solution, about 0.3W3mol (based on the residual hydroxyl groups of said polyvinyl acetal compound) and a catalyst (e.g., Lewis acid or transition metal oxide) are added, and the mixture is reacted at about 10W170°C and atmospheric pressure until the content of residual hydroxyl groups is decreased to 10W25mol%. In this way, the titled ester can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:One layer close to the surface of a base sheet with mold lubrication properties, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate sheet, among the layers provided on said sheet, is formed using a coated layer containing 20 to 90w.% of fine particles with an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 5mum, of polymer which contains 70 to 100wt.% of dihydroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl. The dihdroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl benzene is, for example, selected from among alkenylcatechol, alkenoylcatechol, urushiol, lacquer and cashew lacquer. A binder of the coated layer is a cellulose resin.

CONSTITUTION:Titanium oxide powder having average particle size of 0.015mum, silica powder having average particle size of 0.18mum, and ink comrising methyl methacrylate resin, di-isopropoxy-bis (acetylacetonato) titanium, and toluene is applied onto a base sheet of polyethylene terephthalate by reverse coating to provide an inorganic highly filled film layer, whereby a pattern layer comprising blue organic pigment and alkyd resin is provided and an adhesive layer comprising buthyl methacrylate resin is provided to prepare a transfer material.
