    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge the time-elapsed decreasing degree of volatile material based on discoloring degree by forming a pain film by using ink containing solvent having oxides and hydroxides of elements of the third and fourth group and the atomic group containing oxygen and transition coloring matters and the like. CONSTITUTION:The ink used in this film contains the solvent described below, transition coloring matter having lactam rings or lactam rings and binder resin as essential components. The solvent has powder on the surface of which oxides or hydroxides of elements of the third and fourth groups of the periodic table such as boric acid, aluminum hydroxide and the like are present and at least one atomic group containing oxygen selected among the groups of hydroxide group, aldehyde group and the like. The ink is printed or applied on a base material, and a time-elapsed discoloring paint film is formed. Since the solvent has good affinity with the powder, the contact between the powder and the coloring mattern is blocked, and discoloring does not occur. When the solvent is evaporated, however, the powder and the coloring matter are brought into contact, the lacthone ring and the lactam ring of the coloring matter are opened, and discoloration occurs. Therefore, the time before the discoloration can be selected based on the kinds and the mixing ratio of the solvent and the binder resin. Thus, time reduction of volatile material can be judged based on the discoloring degree.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the identification of shapes, thicknesses, densities application irregularity and the like by fixing the discolored coloring matter having a lactone ring or a lactam ring and a solid acidic material, forming a colored paint film, and laminating a paint film comprising a polar organic solvent and a binder on the colored paint film. CONSTITUTION:At least one solid or acidic material is selected out of the groups comprising powder wherein oxide or hydroxide in group III - IV elements of the periodic table is present on the surface of a particle, solid phenols, solid organic acids and solid organic sulfonic acids. The main components of a colored film are the solid acid material described above, discolored coloring matter having a lactone ring or lactan ring and a binder resin. A polar organic solvent has at least one atomic group which is selected from groups comprising hydroxide groups, aldehyde groups, amide groups, ether bonded groups, ketone groups and ester groups. A paint film whose main components are the polar organic solvent and a binder resin is overlapped and formed on the colored paint film. Thus the shapes thicknesses, densities, application irregularity and the like of the films can be readily identified by visual inspection.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve resistances to abrasion, weather, chemicals, solvents and heat by constituting at least one of the layers provided on a base sheet of lubricating property by a layer containing metallic oxide polymer. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene may be used as a base sheet. In order to add lubricating property to the base sheet, the lubricating treatment may be performed to the surface of the base sheet. When alkali metallic salt or metallic alkoxide etc. made of at least one element selected from a group of aluminum, silicon, titanium and the like is partially or totally processed through hydrolysis, or, a solution of metallic oxide polymer produced by dissolving or turning into colloid is dried, the metallic oxide polymer is obtained. A solution of the metallic oxide polymer is applied and dried to form a layer containing the metallic oxide polymer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an appearance and properties close to real lacquer by forming one layer close to a base sheet of layers which are formed into the base sheet using a coated layer containing a specified quantity of fine particles with a specified average particle diameter of a polymer containing dihydroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl benzene, when the subject transfer material for wooden product is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:One layer close to the surface of a base sheet with mold lubrication properties, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate sheet, among the layers provided on said sheet, is formed using a coated layer containing 20 to 90w.% of fine particles with an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 5mum, of polymer which contains 70 to 100wt.% of dihydroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl. The dihdroxyalkenyl benzene or dihydroxyalkenoyl benzene is, for example, selected from among alkenylcatechol, alkenoylcatechol, urushiol, lacquer and cashew lacquer. A binder of the coated layer is a cellulose resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To exactly measure the concn. of a dye by forming a metal oxide film having holes or grooves along a base plate on the surface of the base plate and communicating the inside of the holes or grooves with the outdoor air. CONSTITUTION:The metal oxide film 4 having the holes 2 or grooves 3 along the base plate 1 is formed on the surface of the base plate 1 and the inside of the holes 2 or the grooves 3 communicates with the outdoor air. The holes 2 are formed at the boundary between the base plate 1 and the metal oxide film 4 or is formed in the metal oxide film 4. The holes 2 are formed along the base plate 1 and the grooves 3 are also formed along the base plate 1 and are continuous. The qualitative analysis of materials and the quantitative determination of the concn. are possible if a color developable reagent is previously absorbed in the holes 2 or the grooves 3.
