PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a projection image area in a piezoelectric drive optical element. SOLUTION: An optical reflecting element includes a support frame 1; a pair of first meander shaped beams 2 for supporting each outer edge 2a on a part facing the inside of the support frame 1; a pair of tuning fork vibrators 3 supported on each inner end 2b of the first meander shaped beam 2; a pair of second meander shaped beams 4 supporting, at each outer end 4a thereof, a vibration center of the tuning fork vibrator 3; and a mirror part 5 supported on each inner end 4b of the second meander shaped beam 4. The second meander shaped beam 4 supports the mirror part 5 or the tuning fork vibrator 3 at at least one end of the inner end 4b and the outer end 4a at positions separated by prescribed length from the center axis of the mirror part 5 respectively. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly-accurate self-excited driving of an optical reflecting element. SOLUTION: This element includes a mirror part 9 and a connected vibrator 10. The vibrator 10 has a drive element 16 and a monitor element 17 arranged separately by a splitting groove 30A formed on a substrate 19, and lower electrode layers 21 of the drive element 16 and the monitor element 17 are connected to a common external electrode, and the shortest conduction route between the lower electrode layer 21 of the monitor element 17 and the lower electrode layer 21 of the drive element 16 is set to be longer than a distance from the lower electrode layer 21 of the monitor element 17 to the common external electrode by the splitting groove 30A at an optional point where the monitor element 17 and the drive element 16 are arranged adjacently. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drive efficiency of a meander type oscillator. SOLUTION: Drive elements 15 are provided respectively on a plurality of oscillation plates 11. The drive elements 15 are arranged closer to one end side opposite to the drive elements 15 provided on an adjoining oscillation plate 11, while being on one end side of the oscillation plate 11. Thee meander type oscillator is driven in switchback manner as a whole, resulting in a natural operation mode with less energy loss than before. As a result, a high driving efficiency is realized. SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring electrophysiological phenomenon of cells is constituted of a cellular electrophysiology sensor, produced by fixing a sensor chip 2 which is constituted of a thin plate 3, having a through-hole 5 and a frame 4 for holding the plate to the inner side of the opening of a substrate 1 which has an opening; and a dispensing means for filling a measuring liquid 12 into a cavity 6 of the sensor chip 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact optical reflection element in which a predetermined rocking motion is obtained by giving a small driving voltage to a piezoelectric vibration plate in a dual axis optical reflection element. SOLUTION: The optical reflection element comprises: a first frame body 14 having a recessed part 13; first actuator parts 16A and 16B; a second frame body 17; second actuator parts 19A and 19B; and an optical reflection part 20, wherein the first actuator parts 16A and 16B have at least first piezoelectric vibration parts 21A and 21B in the longitudinal direction, the second actuator parts 19A and 19B have at least second piezoelectric vibration parts 26A and 26B in the longitudinal direction, and the driving shaft of the first actuator parts 16A and 16B and the driving shaft of the second actuator parts 19A and 19B perpendicularly intersect with each other.
