SOLUTION: A cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction is almost H shaped. At least one of an upper wall 33 and a lower wall 34 of a front side recessed strip 31 is formed to be thick inward of a corresponding upper wall 33 or a lower wall 34 of a rear side recessed portion 32. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a foamed styrene-modified polyethylene resin molding molded by an in-mold molding method have a high sound absorption function. SOLUTION: The foamed styrene-modified polyethylene resin molding molded by the in-mold molding method is compressed in a compression ratio P of 25-70% expressed by the formula: compression ratio P=(L1-L2)/L1×100 (wherein L1 is the length in the compression direction before compression; and L2 is the length in the compression direction when maximum compression is applied). Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent machinery components or the like stored in the storage compartments from being jolted or damaged when carried by imparting flexibility, which enables elastic deformation toward the insides of the compartments, to the tray, in a tray in which a plurality of storage compartments are formed of bottom parts and sidewall parts continuously formed on their peripheries. SOLUTION: The tray 1 is used when storing and carrying precision machinery components or the like, and is integrally formed out of polyethylene terephthalate resin foam. And in the tray 1, many storage compartments 2 are disposed, and they are formed of bottom parts 3 and sidewall parts 4 continuing to them. Also, the upper ends of the sidewall parts 4 are integrally connected with connecting plates 5, and also ribs 6 are formed in the connecting plates 5 as needed, thereby improving the rigidity of the entire tray 1. In the case, because the bottom parts 3 are formed out of the resin foam, they are flexible and can be deformed elastically toward the insides of the corresponding storage compartments 2. Therefore, when the trays 1 are stacked high, the bottom parts 3 bend and press the components, and hold them so that they cannot move.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material for packaging which is a renewable resource derived from a biodegradable plant and is excellent in heat resistance.SOLUTION: The cushioning material for packaging is a biodegradable resin foam molded body including a biodegradable resin having carboxy group terminals, wherein a part of the carboxy group terminals is blocked by a strength deterioration inhibitor included at the rate of more than 2.5 pts.wt. and not more than 5.0 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the biodegradable resin, and the biodegradable resin foam molded body satisfies the following formula (I) 0≤(F-F)/F≤0.40, wherein Fis 5% compressive strength of the biodegradable resin foam molded body based on JIS K 7220:1999 after the biodegradable resin foam molded body is left in an atmosphere having the temperature of 80°C and the relative humidity of 95% for 800 hours, and Fis 5% compressive strength of the biodegradable resin foam molded body before left.
