Abstract:
Es wird ein geformter Schaum bereitgestellt, bei dem selbst dann, wenn eine Kraft in einer Gleitrichtung auf ein anderes Element, das mit dessen Oberfläche in Kontakt ist, ausgeübt wird, eine Verschiebung der Position relativ zu dem anderen Element effektiv verhindert werden kann und das Auftreten eines ungewöhnlichen Geräuschs aufgrund eines Reibens zwischen dessen Oberfläche und dem anderen Element effektiv verhindert werden kann. Der geformte Schaum wird durch Erwärmen von schäumbaren Harzteilchen, die in eine Schäumform gefüllt sind, gebildet. Der geformte Schaum weist eine Mehrzahl von ersten Erhöhungen, die in einer Richtung angeordnet sind, und eine Mehrzahl von zweiten Erhöhungen auf, die in einer anderen Richtung angeordnet und derart positioniert sind, dass sie die ersten Erhöhungen schneiden, wobei die ersten Erhöhungen und die zweiten Erhöhungen auf der Oberfläche des geformten Schaums bereitgestellt sind.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim part for a vehicle excellent in not only shock absorbing performance but also sound absorbing performance.SOLUTION: This interior trim part for the vehicle mounted on a floor surface of the vehicle includes a pad part 20 which is composed of a foamed resin material, recesses at least one or more of sound sealing holes 30 bottomed on a lower surface to be a vehicle body side, leads to an upper surface to be a vehicle internal part side from the sound sealing holes 30 and penetrates and opens sound passing holes 40 having an aperture ratio of 1 to 11% in relation to cross sections of the sound sealing holes 30. In the pad part 20, a sound absorbing material layer 50 can be arranged to cover the lower surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming mold capable of both improving formability and increasing cycle, and to provide a foam molded article that is formed using the same.SOLUTION: In the foaming mold, a steam chamber into which at least a heating medium and a cooling medium are introduced is provided, expandable resin particles filled in molding space that is formed by a molding tool via the heating medium and the cooling medium introduced into the steam chamber are heated and cooled to form the foam molded article. A through-hole communicating between the steam chamber and the molding space is provided at the molding tool, and the foaming mold is formed in such a manner that continuous groove sections M1 are formed from one end to the other end of a target area so as to be aligned in one direction in the target area on the molding surface of the molding tool.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorbing material for vehicles which improves an impact load absorbing effect more than before and is not broken. SOLUTION: The impact absorbing material formed by foam-molding of foaming resin beads has an interface break ratio of 90% or more at the time when an impact load is applied. An absorbing material body 1 of the impact absorbing material is formed with a mold 5 structured by fitting a fixed mold 3 and a movable mold 4 together, by setting a one-sided heating step to 20 seconds or shorter, a reversal one-sided heating step to 10 seconds or shorter, and a water cooling step to 15 seconds or shorter. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibia pad capable of expecting the sufficient shock-absorbing effect, and reducing the manufacturing man-hour. SOLUTION: The tibia pad 1 has a body 10 to be mounted on a floor 4 of a vehicle body. The body 10 is integrated with a shaft body 2 to be engaged with claw pieces 30, 30 provided in the floor 4 of the vehicle body, and the shaft body is protruded from the body 10. Thus, any process of mounting a socket 7 on the body 10 is unnecessary when assembling a shock-absorbing member for protecting a lower limb, and the manufacturing man-hour can be reduced.
