Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the convenience to a service user and a service provider. SOLUTION: Personal information of the service user is previously stored in a personal information storage means 110 of a portable storage device 100. When the service user receives service from the service provider, a personal information managing means 220 of a personal information managing device 200 generates a request to gather personal information including a requested personal information item and sends it to the portable storage device 100 through a communication means 210. The portable storage device 100 receives the gathering request by a communication means 130. A data processing means 120 checks the gathering request to judge whether or not information is provided and sends the personal information stored in the personal information storage means 110 to the personal information managing device 200 through the communication means 130 when the information is provided. The personal information managing device 200 receives the personal information by a communication means 210. A personal information storage means 230 stores the personal information in a database after classifying and rearranging it.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with various optical master disks by converging laser beams at the incident side of an objective lens, varying the diameter of the beams and changing the central spot diameter of the converged beams on a photosensitive layer or a surface layer. SOLUTION: Parallel light beams 12 generated by a laser light beam generator 11 are converged while passing a convergence hole 15 of a convergence plate 14 of a convergence changing mechanism 13, reflected by a mirror 15 and converged on a photoresist 19 of a glass master disk 18 by an objective lens 17. The diameter of the central spot of the converged beams, which irradiate the photoresist 19 of the disk 18, become the value which is varied by changing the diameter of the incident light flux by the mechanism 13 which constitutes a variable convergence device and an optical master disk exposing recording is conducted correspondingly to many kinds of optical disks.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a wired communication with a simple configuration while reducing the number of connection lines connecting apparatuses with each other as much as possible. SOLUTION: An NFC interface unit 12 that performs wireless communication, performs ASK modulation on a clock using a signal corresponding to data and transmits a resultant modulated signal through an SIGOUT line to a message processing unit 14. The message processing unit 14 extracts the clock from the modulated signal and performs processing according to the clock. Furthermore, the message processing unit 14 transmits the signal corresponding to the data through an SIGIN line, different from the SIGOUT line, to the NFC interface unit 12. The present invention is applicable to, for example, a portable telephone set or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety remarkably as compared with the conventional case when applied to a system using, e.g. a non-contact IC card, relating to an IC card, an access device and an access method. SOLUTION: Recording data are recorded in an information recording medium 2A, or data recorded in the medium 2A are obtained by interposing the data processing with data which are recorded in the IC card 2B and indispensable to access to the medium 2A.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability, to shorten the use time, and to save the power. SOLUTION: Communication to an IC card 1 is tried at fixed intervals while using a communication means and an information processing part 9 judges that the IC card 1 is moved from the inside of a communicable range to the outside of the range or IC card having a different ID is newly moved into the communicable range.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device to be applied for terminal equipment for confirming the contents of an, especially, IC card which is capable of displaying much information with a limited display space, and for being used for various purposes according to the simple change of its constitution. SOLUTION: Plural displays 15 are arranged along a display part 12, and a mark M corresponding to the display 15 is selectively displayed.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move or turn the whole device to a desired position by providing plural wheel parts in the internal space of a spherical shell body having a designated wall thickness, and bearing at least one set of wheel parts among the above in such a manner as to freely turn on plural axes intersecting perpendicularly to each other. SOLUTION: A spherical driving part 52 is held partially in contact with the inside surface of a spherical shell body 51 in such a manner as to freely move, a base frame 53 having an outline form of a regular square pole is provided, one support caster 54 and three driving wheel parts 55, 56, 57 are provided on the periphery of the base, and the respective parts are brought into rolling contact with the inside surface of the spherical shell body 51. Subsequently, the first to third motors provided on the base frame 53 are respectively independently drive-controlled to drive three driving wheel parts 55, 56, 57 in rotation on fixed shafts 61, 66, 67 intersecting perpendicularly to one another. The center of gravity of the spherical driving part 52 is moved in each direction inside the spherical shell 51, thereby moving the spherical shell body 51 in rotation as a wheel. Thus, it is possible to realize a spherical moving device having maneuverability with high degree of freedom.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an information processor not having a secure area to safely authenticate other information processors at low cost.SOLUTION: A personal computer 71 has a list 81 storing n combinations of a challenge Ck and a response Rk. The personal computer 71 selects the i-th challenge Ci and send the selected i-th challenge Ci to an integrated circuit (IC) card 72. The IC card 72 decodes the challenge Ci to obtain a calculation value Ai. The IC card 72 encodes the calculation value Ai and sends the encoded calculation value Ai as a response R to the personal computer 71. The personal computer 71 selects the i-th response Ri from the list 81 to compare the response R with the response Ri. If the response R is equal to the response Ri, the personal computer 71 authenticates the IC card 72. The present invention can apply to an IC tag.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication apparatus performing various near field communications. SOLUTION: NFC (Near Field Communication) communication apparatuses 1 through 3 have two features in which they can use two communication modes to communicate and that they can use a plurality of transmission rates to transmit data. The two communication modes may be passive mode and active mode. When taking notice communication between the NFC communication apparatuses 1, 2, in the passive mode, between the NFC communication apparatuses 1, 2, for example, the NFC communication apparatus 1 modulates its own generated electromagnetic waves, thereby transmitting data to the NFC communication apparatus 2, while the NFC communication apparatus 2 load-modulates the electromagnetic waves generated by the NFC communication apparatus 1, thereby transmitting data to the NFC communication apparatus 1. In the active mode, meanwhile, both of the NFC communication apparatuses 1, 2 modulate their own generated electromagnetic waves, thereby transmitting data. The present invention is applicable to, for example, IC card systems or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a non-contact IC card-compatible R/W integrated wireless keyboard capable of coping with polling from a personal computer. SOLUTION: A pseudo R/W has a grasp on whether or not a non-contact IC card-compatible R/W integrated in the keyboard is activated, and if the non-contact IC card compatible R/W is not activated, it sends ACK instead of the non-contact IC card compatible R/W when a card command for polling is sent from a card-compatible application. Basically, the card-compatible application causes an error when the ACK is not returned, and it transits to error processing at that point, but in the embodiment of the present invention, transition of the card-compatible application to the error processing is prevented since the pseudo R/W returns the ACK, and a normal standby state can be maintained. The present invention can be applied to a personal computer provided with a wireless keyboard. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
