Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain clear transfer colors without causing bonding of a printing paper and a color forming sheet by providing a thermoplastic polyester resin layer and a crosslinked polyester layer on one side of a printing paper for heat- sensitive recording using a volatile dye. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinked polyester-forming component is uniformly mixed with a thermoplastic polyester, and the mixture is coated on at least one side of a paper and heat-treated or treated by others in such a way that a three-dimensional network structure of polyester in which the crosslinked polyester-forming component is crosslinked in the thermoplastic polyester matrix is formed. The crosslinked polyester-forming component used is a thermoplastic polyester which may be partly corsslinked. In this case, 1-20pts.wt. a crosslinking agent (e.g., polyisocyanate compound, etc.) may be preferably used on the basis of 100pts.wt. the thermoplastic polyester. Also, as the crosslinked polyester-forming component, 10-300pts.wt. an unsaturated polyester may be added and hardened.

In this case, in order to obtain a properly crosslinked resin, the amount of the crosslinking agent, etc., is preferably adjusted and also a thermoplastic resin and a plasticizer are preferably added in an amount less than about 30wt% of the total amount of the binder used.
