    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the through transfer of the toner image on a photosensitive drum and to obtain a sharp image without color deviation by superposing and adhering the photosensitive body on which the toner image is formed and transfer base then stripping the transfer base and transferring the toner image on the transfer base at least together with the uppermost layer of the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body 1 consists of the base 3, a conductive layer 2, a photoconductive layer 5 and the strippable uppermost layer 6. The transfer base 9 provided with an adhesive layer 8 is superposed and adhered onto the photosensitive body 1 on which the toner image 7 is formed by an electrophotographic method. The base 9, the image 7 and the layer 6 are simultaneously stripped from the body 1, by which the transfer and fixing are executed.

A picture original GD is placed and a switch 31a corresponding to the size of the picture original GD or switch corresponding to an optional read range is selected from a switch array 30 and turned on and even when an accurate size of the picture original is not recognized, the switch is turned on and the entire of the designated picture original GD or an optional part of the picture original GD is read. Moreover, the picture is magnified with a sure magnification without a troublesome calculation of the magnification by predetermining the prescribed magnification in response to the size of the read picture original.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily know the size of an image original and to display the characters related to an image reading range for visual confirmation of these characters by setting the image original on an original placing table having an index designating the reading range and reading the value of the index corresponding to the edge side length of the image original. CONSTITUTION:An image original of an optical size is set on an original placing table 1 of an image reader and an apex of the original is set at an original point position of the table 1. The length of the original edge side extending vertically and horizontally from the original point position is read based on the size value of an index Sz. Thus the size of the image original is known. When an image original having a size equal to an image reading range RA is placed on the table 1, it is decides that the size of the original is equal to '8'. Then this size value 8 is inputted via a key input device 23 as the reading range information. Under such conditions, a character string CS corresponding to the size value '8' is displayed on a CRT monitor 14 and the device 23 performs a reading operation in such a state. Thus a CPU 22 and a system control circuit 21 control the reading operations of an image reading head 2 carried out by a timing control circuit 9 in accordance with the value '8'.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of a position relation with a picture content as to characters having positional relevance with the picture content of a pointer mark and the like even if the picture content is scrawl-displayed by installing a character generation means and the like. CONSTITUTION:An output from the line sensor LS of a picture read head 2 is stored in a picture memory 8 through an amplifier 5 and the like. Then, picture data which is read from the memory 8 is transmitted to an overlapping circuit 12 through a D/A converter 11. A character display signal showing the pointer mark and a trimming frame is supplied from the character generation circuit 30 to the circuit 12 and the signal is overlapped with a picture signal so as to be transmitted to a color CRT monitor 14 and the like. Then, a display position on a screen as to the characters having positional relevance with respect to the display picture content, the pointer mark, the trimming frame and the like, for example, is interlocked and moved through CPU 22 and a system control circuit at the time of a scrawl action. Thus, the deviation of the position relation with the picture content can be prevented in advance.

CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing means which presses a photosensitive material 2 and a developing material 4 to each other consists of a stage 5 and rolls 6 and 6' which are rotated and moved in the direction crossing the feeding direction of the photosensitive material 2 and the developing material 4 while holding the photosensitive material and the developing material between themselves to press them to the stage 5. An angle theta is provided between the scanning direction of an arrow V to the photosensitive material 2 and the developing material 4 of rolls 6 and 6' and the direction of the extension of an exposure line K to the photosensitive material 2. Thus, the developing device is made small-sized and low-cost and has a structure easy to assemble and maintain, and the degradation in image quality due to disaccord between the direction of the exposure line and that of the pressure line is reduced.

In this state, a photosensitive film 63 on which an image is formed is superposed on developing paper 65 and supplied onto a stage 7. As a result, a block 39 moves, and the rollers 58, 58' scan in the right and left directions in a state that the film 63 and the paper 65 are pressed against the upper face 7a of the stage 7, and brought to press- contacting so that the respective scanning loci 69, 69' are overlapped partially. When the block 39 advances to the other end, a sensor provides an output and the film 63 and the paper 65 advance by a prescribed pitch, and the block 39 moves. Such an operation is repeated, and the image is transferred onto the paper 65.

The fine ruggedness 17 and 18 are provided to the roller contact surface 16a of the stage or outer peripheral surfaces 68a and 68'a of the roller to concentrate the press-contacting force at the contact part between the stage and roller on many points in the contact part. Consequently, development by the developing device of this kind is carried out under considerably small pressure without any irregularity in development density.

CONSTITUTION:A chain 31 is arranged so that two running paths between the turning points on both ends, that means, positions where it meshes with sprocket wheels 28 and 29, extend in the direction parallel with guide shafts 22 and 22. Since the sprocket wheel 28 on a driving side rotates when the motor 27 rotates, the chain 31 which meshes with the sprocket wheel 28 is caused to run and the presser 36 is moved integrally with the chain 31. Then, the presser 36 moves in a right-and-left direction, that means, in the direction parallel with the guide shafts 22 and 22, while it is positioned on two running paths of the chain 31 and the traveling direction is inverted at the turning points on both ends of the chain 31.
