Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the easy control of diversified motions by oscillatably rotating an oscillation shaft by the oil pressures generated by oscillation power generators which have plural hydraulic cylinders. CONSTITUTION:The rear surface side of an upper die 1 of the oscillation forging machine F is guided by a spherical seat 5 and the oscillatable oscillation shaft 6 is projected to the rear surface side thereof. The upper die 1 projected with the oscillation shaft is oscillated by the oil pressures generated by the oscillation power generators G. The forging machine is operated by energizing 1st-4th solenoid valves 44-47 and starting a control motor 42 with reduction gears of two units of the oscillation power generators G1 and G2 for forward and backward revolutions. Four kinds of the oscillation motions; circular motion, rectilinear motion, epicycloid motion, and spiral motion, are thus obtd. by the rotating directions and speeds of the respective control motors 42.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the titled structure light in weight and also compact by placing a shaft supporting part of a crank shaft, a decelerating mechanism, and an output shaft of an electrically driven motor, on the same axis to each other. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 4 is fixed to the inside peripheral part of a motor case 3, and a fly-wheel to which a rotor core 6 has been fixed is provided concentrically to an output shaft 14, and also so as to be rotatable. Between the fly-wheel 5 and the output shaft 14, a driving clutch is installed, and an electrically driven motor 1 provided with a brake against the output shaft 14, and a crank shaft 42 which has been connected to the output shaft 14 of the electrically driven motor 1 through a planet gear decelerating mechanism 2 are provided. Also, a shaft core of the shaft supporting part of the crank shaft 42, the center of the planet gear decelerating mechanism 2, and a shaft core of the output shaft 14 of the electrically driven motor 1 are placed on the same straight line. Accordingly, by attaching the same electrically driven motor to both sides of the crank shaft, respectively, the structure is simplified and a torque of two times can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a screw press and to economize the energy thereof by revolving forward and backward a spindle by means of plural motors contg. internally flywheels of different revolutions and clutch brakes thereby moving upward and downward a slide. CONSTITUTION:The motor A is run clockwise and the motor B counterclockwise. The clutch of the motor A is engaged. A pinion 2 revolves clockwise and a main gear 5 revolves counterclockwise to revolve counterclockwise the screw spindle 6, thereby moving the slide 8 toward the right and idling clockwise a pinion 4. The brakes of the motors A, B are acted to stop pinion shafts 1, 3 and the screw spindle 6 when the clutch of the motor A is disengaged just before the slide 8 attains the upper limit. The slide 8 stops as well. The slide 8 moves toward the left when the clutch of the motor B is engaged. On the other hand, the revolution of the main gear 5 in common use as a working flywheel is detected and the clutch is engaged at the prescribed speed, by which the adjustment of the working energy is made possible.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the whole construction compact by receiving a planet gear type reduction gear mechanism in a concave end of a journal portion of a crank-shaft, while making fluid in a cylinder chamber flow in and out of the interiors of a piston and a gudgeon pin. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 42 is formed on the inside peripheral wall of the concave end with an internal gear 55, a pinion gear 56 is secured fixedly to an end of the output shaft 14 of an electric motor 1 and these parts are received in the concave end of a journal portion 54. A case end plate 26 facing a pump frame of a motor case 3 journals a plurality of planet gears 57 meshing with said internal gear 55 and pinion gear 56. A gudgeon pin 46 is fixed to the pump frame 41 and the central fluid path 5 thereof communicates to a cylinder chamber 52 through a hole of a plunger 44.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the easy loading and taking of a material into and out of dies without increasing the torque of a rotating system by using a pair of upper and lower links to constitute a connecting rod which connects a crank shaft and slider and putting the upper and lower links into a straight state at the point of the pressurizing time. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure is generated on the cylinder root end side of a cylinder device 15 to push out a piston 10 and a piston rod 9. The upper and lower links 3, 6 are thereby fully extended to approximately the straight state and the slider 8 at the bottom end of the lower link is lowered at a large distance. The slider 8 executes a pressurization operation at a stroke 2e when the crank shaft 1 is rotated in this state. Since the links 3, 6 are held in the straight state, large reaction is not exerted to the piston rod 9. The oil pressure is generated on the opposite side of the device 15 at the point of the time when the crank part 2 passes the bottom death point and pressurization operation ends. The rod 9 is then contracted, by which the links 3, 6 are bent to a chevron shape and the slider 8 is raised to return to the upper limit home position.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a ring-shaped gear by means of forging, to shorten a manufacturing time, and to improve the strength of a gear bottom and the yield of a material by placing a ring-shaped material on a die, rotating it by a prescribed pitch each by a feed roller, and moving up and down a tooth die provided on a punch. CONSTITUTION:When a clutch 4 is operated, an eccentric shaft 2 rotates, and a slide 8 to which an eccentric disk 7 of its tip has been fitted so as to be oscillatable moves up and down along a guide fixed to a frame 1. A punch 9 provided with plural gear forming tooth dies 9a on the lower face is fixed to the lower part of the slide 8. A die 12 whose upper face 12a forms a part of a cylinder is fixed onto a bed 11 bulged from the frame 1 and provided, and a ring-shaped base material 13 heated to a forging temperature is placed on the face 12a. When the slide 8 moves up and down, the tooth die 9a gnaws at the upper face of the base material 13, and a tooth die is formed on the outside periphery of the base material 13. The material 13 is inserted and held by a cushion roller 15 supported by an pneumatic cylinder 14 and a feed roller 16, and rotated by an angle corresponding to a formed tooth die pitch, when the slide 8 is in the upper part.

The start 11 is rotated by an angle corresponding to a formed tooth die pitch, when the slide is in the upper part, by a worm wheel 15 fixed to said shaft and a worm 16 engaged with it, and the material 13 becomes a gear.
