    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable diversified motions due to a double eccentric sleeves by locating the spere formed at the nose of rocking shaft levers which slide on its midpoint, installing sliders sliding in the longitudinal direction on both ends of the levers and inserting eccentric shafts in those sliders. CONSTITUTION:In the rocking die forging machine guided with the backside and spherical sheet 5 of an upper die 1 and projected the rocking shaft 6 on the rock, plural eccentric shafts 36, etc., are installedon a fixed platen 3 enclosed with the rocking shaft. At the nose of the rocking shaft the spere and the levers 31, 32 slided at the midpoint are located and sliders 34 which are slided longitudinal and held are installed on both ends of the levers. The abovementioned eccentric shafts are fitted so as to rotate freely onto the sliders. Circular motion, rectilinear motion, epicycloidmotion, spiral motion, synthesis of sinusoidal motion and other motions are performed by the various combination that each of the phases and number of revolution of the eccentric shafts 35, etc., are brought into synchronism equally or the shaft of one side is stopped and so on. Thus the driving system is simplified and the diversified motions are gained by the double eccentric sleeve.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a structure by installing a flywheel to a rotary sleeve mounted onto the outer circumferential section of an inner cylinder fixed at the central section of an outer cylinder having a stator coil on an inner circumference, one end of which is opened, and braking the flywheel. CONSTITUTION:A stator 7 is set up onto the inner circumference of an outer cylinder 8, one end of which is opened and the other end of which is fastened to a motor base 11, and a corresponding rotor 9 is fitted to a rotor sleeve 17. The rotor sleeve 17 is supported rotatably to a fixed inner cylinder 14 through bearings 24, and the fixed inner cylinder 14 rotatably supports an output shaft 13 through bearings 23. A flywheel 6 is installed to the rotor sleeve 17 by a bolt 25. A brake mechanism composed of a clutch cylinder 2, a clutch piston 3, a spring 4 and a friction disc group 18 is mounted between the flange 5a of the sleeve 5 of the flywheel 6 and the shaft 13, and a braking piston 16 is slid to the left and the right against the force of a spring 20 and braking is controlled. Accordingly, a motor is miniaturized, and quick start and stoppage are conducted easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve workability by providing plural units of power generators constructed to transmit the change of the hydrostatic pressure generated by crank motion to a hydraulic press and operating respectively separately the units at the timings taken by a clutch and brake device. CONSTITUTION:A gas-operated intensifier 22 is connected to the mid-way of a piping 21 connecting a power generator B and a cylinder chamber 20 of an outer ram 19 and the power generator A is connected to an upper part 26 of an inner ram cylinder 25 via a piping 24. A pull-back cylinder 29 is communicated with a lower part 27 of the inner ram cylinder via a piping 30. A pull back bracket 31 is connected to the pull back piston rod and the inner ram 23. The power generators A, B are operated in the above-mentioned manner.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a screw press so as to obtain ideal forging conditions and to improve productivity by rotating forward and backward a flywheel for a spindle by means of a motor contg. internally a flywheel and forward-backward revolving clutch and planetary reduction gears and providing a brake to the flywheel for the spindle. CONSTITUTION:The revolution of a driving shaft 14 is decelerated by the planetary reduction gears 30 when the air of the prescribed pressure is forced from A according to a forging operation to revolve forward the shaft 14. The revolution is then stored as kinetic energy from a low speed shaft 31 to the flywheel 32. This energy rotates a screw spindle 35 and a slide 38 is vertically moved by a nut 37 screwed to said spindle. The descending of the slide 38 stops when the kinetic energy of the flywheel 32 is thoroughly consumed by forging. The spindle flywheel 32 is then rotated backward by a friction plate 22 for the reversing clutch to raise the slide 38. The brake shoe 33 is provided to the flywheel 32 so that the spindle 35 can be stopped.

CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 4 is secured fixedly to the inner periphery of a motor case 3 and a rotor core 6 is secured fixedly to the outer periphery of a flywheel 5 in the case to oppose to the inside of the stator coil 4. The flywheel 5 is rotatably journalled in the case 3 by a bearings 13, 19 disposed in the center of the case 3. To the flywheel 5 are attached a clutch for rotational drive and a brake mechanism.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a liquid pressure double-action press by providing two-eccentric gears which have eccentric bodies and rotate synchronously and operating synchronously an inner ram and outer ram. CONSTITUTION:Eccentric gears 13A and 13B having eccentric bodies are synchronously rotated via a flywheel 18 and clutch by a driving mechanism 12. The eccentric bodies of the gears 13A and 13B have different phases and eccentricity and are so set that while one eccentric body is at the top dead point the other is advanced slightly in phase. The inner plunger 15A and outer plunger 15B synchronized with the gears 13A, 13B actuate an inner ram 2a and outer ram 2B to make stroke motion via respective operating pipings 6A, 6B. The speed of the liquid pressure type double action press is increased and considerable energy economization is attained by the above-mentioned mechanism.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a titled press have advantages of a hydraulic press and a machine press which are operated at a high speed and do not require a slide adjustment, by providing a hydraulic pressure type slide for moving forward and backward independently an inner ram and an outer ram so as to be opposed to a machine type slide. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical means 2, and slides 3, 4 which are moves up and down, respectively, by a hydraulic pressure are provided on the upper and lower parts of a frame 1. The means 2 has a driven gear 5 and a cam 6A, and by an up-and-down motion of an eccentric circular body 7 by rotation of a crank shaft 6, the slide 3 is moved up and down at a prescribed stroke. The slide 4 is constituted of a double coaxial ram of inner and outer rams 4A, 4B, and moved up and down at a variable stroke by the respective independent cylinders 8, 9. A punch 10, an inner punch 11A and a die 11B are installed to the lower face of the slide 3, and the rams 4A, 4B, respectively. When both the rams 4 are lowered about simultaneously, and the slide 3 is made to descend, the closed punches 10, 11A descend, the punch 11A sinks into a forging base material of the inside of the punch, closed forging is started, the slide reaches the botton dead center, starts its ascent, and one cycle is ended.
