PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a connection part between an IC module and an antenna. SOLUTION: In this combination type IC card in which the IC module 10 where information can be written and read in both a contact state and a non- contact state is mounted on a base material 20, and the antenna 30 connected electrically to the IC module 10 and for writing and reading information to/from the IC module in a non-contact state is formed on the base material 20, the IC module 10 is connected to the antenna 30 through a metallic spring 40 that is freely deformable by force applied from the outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting and totaling method which can contribute to the efficiency of voting and totaling operation by using IC tags and makes the IC tags usable. SOLUTION: The legality of a voter is confirmed, an IC tag which is provided with an IC chip and has a rewrite layers formed on the top surface is issued to each legal voter, and according to the specification of a voted person by the voter, data on the specified voted person are inputted to the IC chip memory of the IC tag while the voted person name, etc., is printed on the rewrite layer of the IC tag by a printer, and the IC tag is collected and the voted person data stored in the IC chip memory of the collected IC tag are read and totalized. Further, IC tags which are not read normally are totalized according to the voted person names, etc., printed on the rewrite layers and after the totalization, the voted person data inputted to the IC tags and the voted person names, etc., printed on the rewrite layers are erased to reuse the IC tags.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read information written in a tag without any restriction on the communicable distance of the tag affixed to a work to be carried, or the work mounting position on a carrying passage. SOLUTION: A curtain-like pass gate 13 which faces the work 50 carried on a conveyor 40 and is deformed so as to be curled toward the carrying direction side of the work 50 while bringing into contact with the work 50 as the work 50 is carried when the work 50 is brought into contact therewith is provided on the conveyor 40. An antenna part 11 for reading information written in the tag 52 affixed to the conveyor 40 is affixed to the side of the pass gate 13 in which the work 50 is carried.

SOLUTION: In the non-contact type data receiver/transmitter 10, a first base material 11 and a second base material 12 have second regions 11B, 12B which can be bent approximately in the vertical direction to the overlapping direction of these base materials and in a direction of separating from each other, the second regions 11B, 12B being bent in the direction of separating from each other and approximately in the vertical direction to the overlapping two base materials and underlaid under two adjacent articles, and first regions 11A, 12A of the two base materials are inserted into the two articles. Further, printing layers 130b and 130c colored using colors different with respect to a plurality of regions are formed on the surface to which the surface sheet 110b of the core sheet 120c is laminated so that different data are expressed through the region 131 due to the looking angle to the surface sheet 110a.
