    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance and abrasion resistance of a block by arranging a resin protective part reacting/hardening even in the presence of moisture in a part or the whole of a surface of a concrete main body, and exposing an aggregate from a surface of the protective part. SOLUTION: Sand is placed on a bottom part of a mold, and after partially embedding/juxtaposing an aggregate 4 there, a resin is injected so that concrete is poured on the resin. After hardening the resin and the concrete, these are separated from a mold, and when the sand is removed, a concrete block 1 having the aggregate 4 exposed by the embedded depth is formed. The resin used for a protective part 3 arranged on a surface of a concrete main body 2 hardens even if moisture exists at hardening time. For example, a polysulfide modified resin is suitable. The polysulfide modified resin is excellent in an adhesive property and chemical resistance, and is also excellent in flexibility and impact resistance, and exhibits strong adhesive strength to a wetting surface. A surface of the concrete block 1 is covered with the protective part 3, and since the aggregate 4 is exposed to a surface of the protective part 3, impact resistance and abrasion resistance can be largely improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a member for civil engineering and construction wherein a resin mortar layer with a new and beautiful surface which has a marble or granite tone and does not naturally exist is formed on a base such as concrete plates, slate plates, metal plates, plastic plates, foamed plastic plates, films, rubber sheets and FRP sheets. SOLUTION: A normal temp. reactive compsn. 7 contg. a methyl methacrylate compd. and/or a mortar of the methyl methacrylate compd., an org. peroxide, a curing accelerator and an oxygen barrier membrane-formable substance is provided on a base 2 and a mold member is pressed and placed thereon and after curing reaction is performed, the mold member is removed.

SOLUTION: The mixture A and B are closely tangled with each other and/or at least the aggregate in either A or B penetrates the binder layer of the other on the joint surface between a cement based solidifying agent Al, which is composed of the A aggregate 3 and the binder 4 such as a cement based solidifying agent, and the resin based mixture B2, which is composed of the B aggregate 5 and a water-resistant resin binder such as a polysulfide modified epoxy resin 6. They are combined with each other in uncured state and molded into a block molding. A polysulfide modified epoxy resin is a compound expressed by the formula (each of R and R is an alkylene or the like, each of R and R4 is an epoxy prepolymer residue, m>1, (a) is 0-5, (b) is 1-50 and at least one of X and Y is S or the like) and is used together with a modified polyamine hardening agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent blurring to non-image parts or damaging of the surface of a plate material from occurring and easily obtain a beautiful printed matter, by constituting the titled liquid of a non-protonic polar solvent and an alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A non-protonic polar solvent which is a good solvent for a toner is combined with an alcohol which is a poor solvent for the toner. The non-protonic solvent preferably has a dielectric constant epsilon of not less than 10 and a solubility parameter delta of not less than 10, and may be acetonitrile, dimethylformamide or the like. Although the non-protonic solvent is able to instantaneously dissolve the toner, if it is solely used, blurring to the non-image part will occur. By adding the alcohol to the non-protonic solvent, the blurring to the non-image parts can be prevented from occurring, while substantially retaining the toner-dissolving capability. An alcohol of the general formula R-OH, wherein R is 1-8C alkyl, is used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a toner image to a printing plate surface from being varied with time, by a method wherein a layer of a silicone adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to a base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into close contact with a polymer having a polar group or the like, and is heated to a temperture of not lower than 50 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A layer of a silicon repellent to an ink and adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to the base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into a polymer having a polar group or a metallic surface, and is heated to a temperature of not lower than 50 deg.C to produce a waterless planographic printing plate material. The polymer having the polar group may be a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyamide or the like, and the metal is preferably iron, copper, aluminum or the like in view of practicability. As the method for bringing the surface of the plate material into close contact with the polymer or the metallic surface, e.g., a method of laminating a film or a roll contact method is used preferably and easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water-free lithographic plate with a high image accuracy and print resistance by transferring and fixing highly accurate toner image on a lithographic plate member made up of a substrate and a composition of three components after formed on a photoconductive photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A highly accurate toner image is formed on a photoconductive photosensitive body having an anisotropic monocrystalline layer fine as well as uniform with a thickness of less than 1mu. Then, the toner image is transferred and fixed on a lithorgaphic material comprising a toner adhesive and ink repelling surface layer made up of a substrate, an organic polysiloxane, an alkoxy silane as gien by the formulaI (where, R represents C1-18 unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, an aromatic hydrocarbon radical or a polar radical failing to react OR'' at a normal temperature; R' represents C1-18 alkyl and an alicyclic radical; RO'' C1-8 alkoxy; a 0 or 1; b 2 or 3 and a+b 1-3) and a Ti or Zr compound as given by the formula II (where, R -R represent a C1-18 organic radical, a C1-18 hydrocarbon radical containing a polar radical or a radical of the formula III, IV or V, provided that at least one thereof is a radical other than the hydrocarbon radical; and M Ti or Zr). Thus, a water-free lithographic plate is obtained.
