    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorine-containing compound having excellent antifouling properties, antifriction properties and membrane strength, and further to provide an antifouling article coated therewith. SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing silane compound is a reaction product of a compound A of the formula Rf(COOH)m (Rf is an organic group including at least one kind selected from a fluorine-containing oxaalkyl group, a fluorine- containing alkyl group, a fluorine-containing oxaalkylene group and a fluorine- containing alkylene group;(m)is an integer of 1-4) with a polyfunctional amine, and an isocyanatosilane or an epoxysilane, and characterized by the chemical- structural bond of the compound A to the isocyanatosilane or the epoxysilane through the polyfunctional amine.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antireflection film or sheet having stable adhesivity, scratch resistance and transparency by forming a conductive hard coat film on the surface of a cellulosic sheet or film. SOLUTION: This method for producing a cellulosic article having a conductive hard coat film comprises applying a corona discharge treatment or a plasma treatment to a cellulosic sheet or film comprising saponified cellulose triacetate, coating the treated surface of the sheet or film with a coating comprising 40-80 wt.% of conductive metal oxide particles, such as zinc antimonate sol particles, at least a phosphine oxide-based photopolymerization initiator and an aprotic polar solvent such as 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazoline, and subsequently subjecting the applied coating to a curing treatment using UV light.
