    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mechanical strength and coefficient of thermal conductivity by heating aromatic polyamide film having specific tensile modulus, strength and weight reduction rate to a specified temperature at specific weight reduction speed in an inert atmosphere and carbonizing it to have specified tensile modulus, strength and coefficient of thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: The aromatic polyamide film having 8 GPa or higher tensile modulus, 350 MPa or higher tensile strength and less than 20% weight reduction rate at 500 deg.C under an inert atmosphere is roasted as a precursor to obtain the carbon film having 30 GPa or higher tensile modulus, 200 MPa or higher tensile strength and 100 W/m.K or higher coefficient of thermal conductivity in the facial direction. 50% or more of the aromatic diamine component and the dicarboxylic acid component constituting the polyamide are preferably derived from para- or meta-phenylene diamine and tere- or iso-phthalic acid, respectively. The roasting is preferably carried out at 0.5%/min or slower weight reduction speed until the weight reduction rate is 20% or more while adjusting the heating speed under an inert atmosphere.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an adherence or a deposition of a deteriorated polymer or a low molecular weight material to or on a head lip by providing a layer containing a photocatalyst on a lower surface of a lip of at least a head. SOLUTION: A slit 4 to become a resin extrusion passage is formed at a head 1 via lips 2, 3. A slit interval regulating bolt 5 is arranged at the one lip 3. Photocatalyst containing layers 6 are provided on lower surfaces of the lips 2, 3. Thus, the head is formed to provide a layer containing a photocatalyst on a surface layer of the head lip. Accordingly, at the time of extruding a thermoplastic resin, an adherence or a deposition of a deteriorated polymer, a low molecular weight material or the like to or on the head lip can be suppressed. For example, in the case of molding a film, a thickness unevenness of a lateral direction is reduced, and a number of faults is decreased, thereby upgrading a quality of a product.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good preventive property of forgery and alteration at low cost by taking reticular matter containing a magnetic substance by a specific range of wt.% and laminating a film on at least one surface thereof. SOLUTION: The laminate is formed by making an adhesive layer with reticular matter including at least a magnetic substance of 1-90 wt.%, and laminating a film on at least one surface thereof. From the laminate, a random signal is obtained, which originates from the form of reticular matter. Such a magnetic signal has a diverse pattern output, and so on every part of the laminate, so that it can be regarded as a fingerprint. The existence of the fingerprint can prevent the forgery and alteration of the laminate. Also, the reticular matter has an adhesiveness per se relative to the film to be an adhesive layer in the laminate, thus forming reticular matter on the directly. Therefore, a laminate can be obtained at low cost suitable for preventing forgery and alteration.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make forgery and alteration of a card difficult by specifying specific permittivity and apparent density of a film composite material obtained by adhesively laminating a film at least on one side surface of a porous base material, thereby performing low permittivity. SOLUTION: This film composite material is a laminate obtained by adhering a film at least on one side surface of a porous base material. And, the air is contained in the laminate to lower its specific permittivity or a random structure is given by the porous base material. This composite material has specific permittivity of 1.2 to 2.8, and apparent density of 0.3 to 1.3g/cm . As the porous base material, cloth having METSUKE amount (weight per square meter) of particularly 5 to 200g/m is more preferable from the viewpoint of folding crease resistance and strength. As material of the film, particularly polyethylene terephthalate has excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics and can be preferably used.
