Abstract:
A mixer to create foam with microbubbles using physiological gases currently used in sclerotherapeutic treatments of varicose veins has anatomical and compact dimensions and is built with material resistant to sterilization and pressure. The device is mounted on the body around an essentially cylindrical axle comprised of a central valve support, while the top conical body portion is crossed in its center by a flow orienting duct. This axle is coupled at the center of a spinning circular reservoir constituted by the body, containing several housings for the application of solutions with different concentration levels. These parts are locked by a connector at the bottom to the gas duct with a spray nozzle. Each housing has a channel that can be aligned to communicate with the inside of the flow orienting duct of the central axle, responsible for orienting the produced mixture to a top reservoir with a foam-making nozzle.

Abstract:
An oil-spraying apparatus includes: a base frame provided with a guide rail on an upper surface thereof; a mounting plate movably mounted on the guide rail by a rail block; a moving unit mounted at one side of the base frame so as to reciprocate the mounting plate on the base frame; and an oil-spraying unit mounted on an upper portion of the mounting plate, receiving compressed air and oil respectively from an air compressor and an oil distributor connected to an oil tank through an oil hose and an air hose. The apparatus can spray the oil to both the oil seal mounting hole and the one end portion of the crankshaft.
Abstract:
An oil mist discharger (1) is disclosed. The oil mist discharger (1) utilizes a flow regulator (27) which comprises a main passage (28), sub-passages (29) and an agitation chamber (30). Differential pressure between air and oil is created and utilized in drawing oil into an oil feed chamber (39) to be mixed with air. The oil-containing air is sent to the flow regulator (27) and fed into the agitation chamber (30) via the main passage (28) and sub-passages (29) in jet streams to be transformed into a well blended oil mist, which is discharged from a discharge nozzle.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for pumping high viscosity mixtures, for example silicone-aggregate mixtures, including a pump and a hose, wherein the hose is impermeable, nonadherent with the mixture, and resistant to swelling, and the pump and the hose are sealable. In preferred embodiments, the apparatus and method can include a metering mechanism for dispensing the mixture to the pump, an agitator for mixing the mixture before it enters the pump, and a spray nozzle for applying the mixture exiting the hose. Even more preferred embodiments can include a metering mechanism in the form of a variable speed auger screw, a hose internally lined with a coating of polytetrafluoroethylene, a hose structurally reinforced, and a pump and hose that are individually sealable.
Abstract:
The spray comprises a container (1) intended to hold liquid for forming the cleaning mass and pressurised air for spraying it, the container (1) being dismantlably attachable to a head (3) bearing a manual pump (4) to increase the pressure of the air, the head (3) also having a supporting handle (23) with a pushbutton (24) operating the outlet valve (18) for the cleaning mass to the delivery nozzle (22), the spray having a manually replaceable mixing device (7, 26) located between the outlet conduit (8) for the liquid from the spray container (1) and the outlet of damping mass (20) controlled by the manual valve (18), the mixing device (7, 26) having different passage cross-sections for the liquid and the air present in the container (1) in order to adjust the spray to provide cleaning masses with a drier or wetter foam consistency.
Abstract:
A roadway monitoring camera cleaning system includes one or more cameras for capturing images through respective viewing surfaces, which are exposed to outdoor environmental conditions. A controller coupled to the cameras receives the images and determines whether a predetermined wash threshold has been met based on any of various indicia of image degradation. Responsive to the wash threshold being met, the controller operates a supply valve to connect a wash fluid source to a conduit, and operates at least one delivery tube valve to connect the supply conduit to at least one delivery tube. Wash fluid is delivered under pressure to the dirty viewing surface as a result. Subsequently, the controller may disconnect the wash fluid source and connect a pressurized source of inert dry gas, in order to dry the viewing surface and to purge the delivery tube of wash fluid.
Abstract:
A fluid heating system for heating and dispensing fluid in a primary fluid flow path is disclosed, and may include a reservoir defining an interior for holding a quantity of a fluid, with the interior being in fluid communication with the primary fluid flow path such that the quantity of fluid in the interior is able to flow into the primary fluid flow path. A primary pump may be configured to pump fluid in the primary fluid flow path, the primary pump being in fluid communication with the primary fluid flow path. A fluid dispensing device may be configured to selectively dispense fluid from the primary fluid flow path. A steam injection apparatus may be in communication with the interior of the reservoir device to inject steam into the interior to heat fluid located in the interior of the reservoir.
