Self filling flood-protection bag consists of two enclosed chambers (1), that are interconnected by terminal yoke (2) in form of letter "T" and that are made of polyester fabric with high water absorbing capacity. Chambers (1) are filled up with granular or jelly mixture of water superabsorbents (3) based on cross-linked polyacrylate (SAP). Terminal yoke (2) contains two handling metal eyelets (4).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Handhabung eines Hydroschalldämpfers (1) im Bereich einer Offshore-Baustelle, insbesondere bei einem in den Meeresboden einzubringenden Pfahl (11), wobei vor dem Beginn der Lärm emittierenden Arbeiten ein Hydroschalldämpfer (1) im Bereich der Offshore-Baustelle positioniert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung (2) zur Minderung von Wasserschall und zur Handhabung wenigstens eines Hydroschalldämpfers (1) im Bereich einer Offshore-Baustelle, insbesondere bei einem in den Meeresboden einzubringenden Pfahl (11), wobei die Vorrichtung (2) wenigstens einen Hydroschalldämpfer (1) umfassend eine Trägerstruktur (16) und daran befestigte Schallminderungselemente (31) aufweist.

A device (10) for collecting and temporarily storing fluids (16) escaping from an underwater source (12, 64) and having lower density than surrounding water comprises: o a collector (18) for being placed over the underwater source for collecting the escaping fluids; o a riser tube (20) in communication with the collector for transferring the collected fluids together towards the surface; and o a buoyant buffer reservoir (22) for being maintained submerged under the surface, comprising an open-bottom chamber (30) for storage of the fluids. The riser tube has flow restrictors has flow restrictors comprising choke disks (58, 58') arranged in its interior for restricting the flow of the fluids. The flow restrictors are arranged at variable or regular intervals all along the length of the riser tube. The buffer reservoir has arranged in its chamber a separator vessel (32), into the interior of which the riser tube opens for discharging the fluids. The separator vessel is configured for separating gas from the fluids.
