Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einbringen einer Feder in eine Nut eines Flachkörpers, wobei die Feder in einer Montagestellung zumindest teilweise in der an einer Randseite des Flachkörpers angeordneten Nut gelagert ist, mit einer Transporteinrichtung zum Transportieren einer Mehrzahl von in einem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Flachkörpern entlang einer Transportrichtung, mit einer Übergabeeinrichtung (7) enthaltend ein Einführelement zum Einführen der Federn in die jeweiligen Nuten der Flachkörper, wobei der Übergabeeinrichtung (7) ein Magazin (5) zur gestapelten Bereitstellung der Federn vorgelagert ist, wobei zwischen der Übergabeeinrichtung (7) und dem Magazin (7) eine Zuführeinrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, die eine Anzahl von Federn (1) entlang einer quer zur Transportrichtung verlaufenden Zuführrichtung (7) von dem Magazin (5) zu der Übergabeeinrichtung (7) transportiert, und dass die Zuführeinrichtung einen Zuführförderer (14) mit einem integrierten Abstandhalter zum beabstandeten Transport der Federn (1) aufweist.

Method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein is started from panels (1) , these panels (1) , at their lower side (9) , are provided with at least one guiding groove (22) and these panels (1) , at least at two opposite sides (3A-3B/4A-4B) , are provided with profiled edge regions (5A-5B) that comprise coupling parts (17A- 17B) , characterized in that at least one of the aforementioned two profiled edge regions (5A-5B) is formed such that this region, seen in a cross-section of the panel (1) , transverse to the guiding groove (22) , extends at the lower side (9) of the panel (1) at least up to the guiding groove (22) . Further, the invention also relates to still other methods, for manufacturing as well as packaging of floor panels, and also relates to devices used therewith, as well as to floor panels.

Flooring material including floor boards (1) with an essentially square, rectangular or rhomboidal shape. The floor boards (1) are provided with edges (2), a horizontal lower side (5) and a horizontal decorative upper surface (3). The floor boards (1) are provided with lower joining lips (10) at two adjacent edges (2) while the two remainining edges (2) are provided with upper joining lips (20). The lower joining lips (10) are provided essentially vertical lower lip surfaces (11) arranged parallel to the closest edge (2). The lower lip surfaces (11) are intended to interact with mainly vertical upper lip surfaces (21) arranged on the upper joining lips (20). Two joined adjacent floor boards (1) are hereby locked together in a horizontal direction. The joining lips (10 and 20 respectively) are furthermore provided with one or more heels (31) intended to snap join with recesses (32) adapted thereto which, by being provided with essentially horizontal locking surfaces, limits vertical movement between two joined adjacent floor boards (1).

Vorrichtung zum lösbaren Festlegen des mit einer Profilierung versehenen Randes (1) eines Bodenbelages (2) an einer den Bodenbelag begrenzenden Profilkonstruktion (3), wobei die Profilkonstruktion insbesondere ein Treppenkantenprofil (3) mit einem Trittwinkelprofil (7) und einem auf einer Treppe (8) festlegbaren Basisprofil (9) ist und das Trittwinkelprofil (7) einen Trittschenkel (10) mit Abdeckflügel (11) und einen Anschlagschenkel (12) aufweist, wobei ein lösbar und in seiner Lage anpassbar an der Profilkonstruktion (3) angeordneter, in Form einer Profilschiene ausgebildeter Wechseleinsatz (4) vorgesehen ist, an dem zumindest an einem seiner beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Längsränder eine mit der Profilierung (5) des Randes (1) des Bodenbelages (2) zusammenwirkende Halterung (6) ausgebildet ist, die zumindest teilweise komplementär zur Profilierung (5) ausgebildet ist.

The invention relates to a panel (1) with connecting elements (3, 4, 7, 9) which form a positive-fit connection to another panel (2). One panel (1) comprises side connection means in the form of a groove (3) formed by two rigid flanks. One of said two rigid flanks (6) is longer than the other. The longer rigid flank (6) has a recess (7). The other panel comprises a tongue (4) on the side. Said tongue (4) has a projection (9) on an underside or top side, this projection (9) and said recess (7) being situated in such a way that the projection (9) can snap into the recess (7). The side of the tongue with the projection has a slope (12), said slope insuring that a distance is maintained between the slope and the long rigid flank (6) when the two panels are joined. The two panels can be interconnected without using force and without glue.

The floor covering consists essentially of oblong plywood panels (1), each one of theme having two lower square-edged lips at concurrent edges (2), which make a right angle (A) and two upper square-edged lips (3) at the other two concurrent edges forming another right angle (B), diagonally opposite to the first one, which provide for perfect-fitted lap joints, both sidewise of a set of panels (1), which make up the floor covering that can be used on any floor surface, except carpeting and soft coverings, through the application of an insulation type - mortar on the subfloor surface, and after the mortar is set, application of a water-proof adhesive on the mortar and on the lower face of the panels (1) and on the lap joints (2, 3) of all panels, whose upper face is coated with a layer of varnish that is highly resistant to abrasion.
