PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller with a speed control function which is suitably used in a door panel of a lightweight indoor sliding door, in particular, by which assured speed control function is exerted irrespective of the weight of a moving object. SOLUTION: The sash roller unit comprises a housing 7 buried and fixed in a lower part of the door panel 1, a sash roller 8 being journaled to the housing 7 and rolling on a guide rail 3, a gear train 9 transmitting rotational power of the sash roller 8, a rotary damper 10 exerting braking action receiving the rotational power transmitted by the gear train 9, and a centrifugal clutch 11 arranged in a power transmission route between an input section and an output section of the gear train 9 to transmit or block the rotational power. The rotary damper 10 is structured to exert the brake action receiving the rotational power output from the centrifugal clutch 11 in a state that a speed of movement of the door panel 1 exceeds a predetermined speed. The present invention relates to a sectional door, comprising at least two mutually hingeable sections (1, 2) which are clad with louvres (9) and a safety element (3) which is fastened to a first section (1), arranged facing a second section (2), and, in the open position of these sections (1, 2), is arranged at a distance from the second section (2), in such a way that, in their open position, if a finger (16) is placed between the safety element (3) and the second section (2) and if the sections (1, 2) swing to their closed position, the safety element (3) moves at least partially with respect to the first section (1) in order to make space to prevent the finger (16) from being trapped, wherein the safety element (3) comprises one or more louvres (9) in order to form a louvre wall in the closed position together with the louvres (9) of the sections (1, 2). The present invention further relates to a method for adapting an existing sectional door into a section door according to the present invention.

Um ein Lamellentor mit einem aus Lamellen 6 zusammengefügten Panzer 5, der in seitlichen Führungsschienen 1 auf- und abbewegbar geführt mittels eines Antriebs aus einer Schließstellung in eine Offenstellung und umgekehrt überführbar ist, und der Mittel zum Abbremsen des Abrollens aufweist, so weiterzubilden, dass bei kostengünstiger Herstellung ein wirtschaftlicher Einsatz möglich ist, werden als Abbremsmittel vorgeschlagen, eine in den auf beiden Seiten des Lamellentores angeordnete, in vertikalen Laufschienen (1) geführte Federanordnung mit mindestens ein Paar Zugfedern (15) in jeder Laufschierie 1 vorzusehen, wobei die eine der Zugfedern (15) auf der Innen- und die andere auf der Außenseite des Panzers (5) liegt, deren obere Enden (16) gebäudefest abgestützt sind, und deren untere, freie Enden (18) über die Bahn des Panzers querende Brückenstege (19) paarweise miteinander verbunden sind und/oder eine von dem Lamellentor angetriebene und gestellfest abgestützte Fliehkraft-Bremse (20), die bei Überschreitung einer vorgebbaren Panzer-Ablaufgeschwindigkeit auslösbar ist.

Vorgestellt wird ein aus einem an der Tür (1) oder Türsäule (8) angelenkten Türhalteglied (2) und einer mit diesem zusammenwirkenden, ein Druckmedium enthaltenden und feststehend am anderen Türanordnungsteil befestigten Brems- bzw. Halteeinrichtung bestehender hilfskraftunterstützter Kraftwagentürfeststeller, bei welchem zur Feststellung der Tür in jeder beliebigen Öffnungslage vorgesehen ist, daß einer starren Türhaltestange (2) ein mittels einer an ein fahrzeugeigenes Druckmittelsystem (25-35) angeschlossenen und in Abhängigkeit von der Türbetätigung steuerbaren Stelleinrichtung verstellbare Brems-bzw. The device is intended to cut-off automatically the electric power supply of a motor (4), when the latter is rotatingly blocked by a mechanical resistance. This device comprises balls (5) which become rotatingly integral with the motor (4) and which are movable under the effect the centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the motor, the balls (5) cooperating with an electric contact (9) to switch on the electric power supply of the motor (4) when said centrifugal force reaches a certain threshold and to switch-off said power supply when the centrifugal force drops under the mechanical resistance opposed to the motor torque. Application particularly to automatic control devices for the opening and closing of garage doors.

A brake-equipped retracting device (3) returns a liquid crystal display device (1) from a deployed position (1B) to a stored position (1A) using an elastic returning force of a spiral spring (18) that is wound up when the liquid crystal display device (1) is opened by the rotational force of a motor. A braking force for preventing the liquid crystal display device (1) from returning with too much force is applied to an input shaft (17a) of a reducer by having a rope (21) whose tensile force increases and decreases in relation to the opening and closing of the liquid crystal display device (1) be wound around a slip clutch (15) that is connected to the input shaft (17a). In emergency situations such as when the rope (21) breaks, a centrifugal grip (53) of a rotation-restraining mechanism (50) strikes an engagement notch surface (56b) on a fixed side, and the rotation of the input shaft (17a) is forcibly halted. A retracting device for a liquid crystal display device comprising a braking device that has a simple structure, is reliable, is highly safe, and is low in cost can be realized.

A closure mechanism C comprising a first part 1, a second part 2, a resilient element 4, such as a coil spring, a motion converting means 6, such as a rack-and-pinion gearing, comprising a rotary output element 6o and a rotary braking device 7, such as a centrifugal brake, comprising a rotary input element 7i directly or indirectly coupled to said rotary output element 6o at least during movement of the first part 1 towards said first position, so as to be rotated thereby. The first part 1 and the second part 2 are assembled to each other so that said first part 1 is guided in a translational motion relative to the second part 2 between a first and a second position. The resilient element 4 is placed between said first and second parts 1, 2 so as to urge the first part 1 towards said first position. The motion converting means 6 converts the translational motion of said first part 1 relative to said second part 2 into a rotational motion of said rotary output element 60, which is transmitted to the rotary input element 7i, and the rotary braking device 7 brakes its rotary input element 7i with a variable braking torque which increases and decreases with the rotational speed of said rotary input element 7i.

The invention discloses a door arrangement comprising a door leaf operating device (1) comprising a driving device utilizing a shaft (5) for performing movement of the door leaf (9) during operation of the door arrangement, said driving device comprising a transmission (7), said shaft (5) is provided with a first magnetic locking device (2) arranged to follow the shaft (5) during operation and for locking engagement during stand still with a second magnetic device (3). Which second magnetic device (3) is fixed to a structure of the door arrangement, the magnetic locking devices (2,3) are further operatively connected to the door leaf operating device via a transmission (7) of the driving device. Furthermore, a method for locking a door arrangement in a desired condition is disclosed.
