Abstract:
Die Erfindung befasst sich mit der Herstellung von Zementklinker aus Zementrohmaterial, wobei aus stückigen Abfallbrennstoffen Brenngas in einem Vergasungsreaktor erzeugt wird, an den wenigstens eine Gaszuführleitung für ein Reaktionsmittel angeschlossen und der über wenigstens eine Brenngasleitung mit wenigstens einer Brennzone verbunden ist. Zur Steigerung der Umsatzgeschwindigkeit der stückigen Abfallbrennstoffe und damit einer optimalen Brenngaserzeugung im Vergasungsreaktor ist in letzterem im Bereich oberhalb eines Feststoffbettes aus den Abfallbrennstoffen eine Reaktionsmittel-Einführzone ausgebildet, in der über den Reaktorumfang gleichmässig verteilte Reaktionsmittel-Einführstutzen derart einmünden, dass im Bereich dieser Einführzone das Reaktionsmittel unter Ausbildung einer vorgewählten Strömungsform mit hohem Impuls einführbar ist.
Abstract:
A process for recovering the byproducts of a process that burns coal and for reusing the byproducts is disclosed. The process includes the steps of identifying a disposal site that contains the byproducts (typically fly ash and bottom ash), removing at least a portion of the byproducts from the disposal site, analyzing a sample of the portion of the byproducts to determine the loss on ignition of the portion of the byproducts, introducing the portion of the byproducts along with pulverized coal into a pulverized coal furnace if the portion of byproducts have a loss on ignition greater than or equal to a predetermined loss on ignition value (typically greater than or equal to 1 to 5 %), and burning the portion of the byproducts in the furnace with the pulverized coal to render the byproducts into a commercially valuable fly ash and bottom ash having very low loss on ignition, typically lower than 3 %.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating a high-water content organic waste, which can realize effective utilization of the waste as a fuel and can improve the operation efficiency of a cement calcination equipment with no influence on the cement calcination equipment, by drying a high-water content organic waste in the cement calcination equipment. SOLUTION: This method for treating a high-water content organic waste comprises the step of conducting heat exchange of an exhaust gas extracted from a cyclone 2b in a suspension preheater 2 with superheated steam in a heat exchanger 22, introducing a high-temperature superheated steam after the heat exchange into a drier 23 to dry organic sludge to prepare a dried organic waste, and again the dried superheated steam exchange heat making in the heat exchanger 22 to circulating and utilizing the steam in the drying of the organic sludge, and the step of supplying the dried organic sludge as a fuel into a calcination furnace 3 to burn the dried organic sludge.
