The present invention relates to a composition containing bean pod extract for anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, treating or improving atopy, or moisturizing. The composition in the present invention has an anti-inflammatory effect for treating or relieving inflammation by inhibiting or suppressing the formation of substances causing the inflammation and can treat or relieve allergy, thereby being useful. Also, the composition in the present invention is useful for treating diseases related to xeroderma or relieving symptoms of the same since the composition can treat or improve atopy and has an effect in moisturizing by promoting the differentiation of keratinocytes. Particularly, the composition in the present invention has more excellent effects in anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, treating or improving atopy, or moisturizing than bean extract. The composition in the present invention also contains nature-derived extracts obtained from nature products, thereby rarely stimulating live things.

The present invention relates to a composition containing an extract of soybean root for anti-oxidation, anti-aging, skin regeneration, whitening, or moisturizing. The composition of the present invention prevents the oxidation of body and aging, is able to regenerate by proliferating the skin cells, and has a skin whitening function. In addition, the composition of the present invention has a skin moisturizing function. The composition of the present invention, especially, shows a greater effect than a soybean extract for anti-oxidation, anti-aging, skin regeneration, whitening, or moisturizing. The composition of the present invention also has almost no irritation to the organism since the composition contains a natural extract derived from a natural product.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening contains 0.0001-10 wt% of a Chelidonium majus extract and 0.001-10wt% of trihydroxy isoflavone as active ingredients. The trihydroxy isoflavone is 3',4'7-trihdyroxy isoflavone. Trihydroxy isoflavone is derived from daidzin or daidzein contained in Leguminosae.

CONSTITUTION: A composite of trihydroxy isoflavone and mori folium extracts as active ingredients. The trihydroxy isoflavone is 4',7,8- trihydroxy isoflavone, daidzin or daidzein. The trihydroxy isoflavone is obtained by using microorganism from the plant containing the trihydroxy isoflavone. The microorganism is aspergillus, bacillus, penicillium, rhizopus,rhizomucor, talaromyces, bifidobacterium, mortierella, cryptococcus or microbacterium. The plant is Glycine max. A DNA encoding the oxidoreductase contains a sequence of sequence number 2. The oxidoreductase is derived from Agrobacterium sp., Sphingobacterium sp. or Stenotrophomonase sp.

The pressurizing unit increases the internal pressure of the extracting unit. A pressure reducing unit reduces the internal pressure of the extracting unit. The internal pressure is increased or decreased by sequentially operating the pressurizing unit and the pressure reducing unit. The bubbling nozzle(111) of the extracting unit supplies bubbles to the object.
