Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc valve excellent in water cut-off performance, and operationality (low friction), free of water leakage and operational defect, excellent in environmental conservation, and inexpensive in cost, and also to provide a resin composition for the disc valve. SOLUTION: This disc valve comprises a valve seat and a valve element slidably superposed on the valve seat. At least one of the valve seat and the valve element is a moulded product of resin composition made of 5-30 vol.% of carbon fiber, 1-20 vol.% of tetrafluoroethylene resin, 1-20 vol.% of graphite, and the rest a polyphenylene sulfide to the whole of the resin composition. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opener having no damage to external force in the direction of non-projection and having a variable projected stroke. SOLUTION: The door opener is constituted of a motor, a gear mechanism transferring while decelerating rotational output of the motor and a sliding screw device constituted of a screw shaft provided to the gear mechanism in parallel and a rotatable and unmovable nut screwed on the screw shaft, the nut is engaged with the gear mechanism to move back and forth the screw shaft by forward and reverse rotation of the motor to open a door, and when the screw shaft is forcedly moved in the direction of a rotational shaft, the screw shaft is movable while rotating the nut.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable sliding characteristics of a plain bearing of a cartridge type developing device for a long period of time low friction and without the fluctuation in the coefficient of friction as against an environment change such as a temperature change. SOLUTION: A resin composition molding of the plain bearing consisting of a molding of the resin composition used for a sliding section of a developing device is formed by compounding a silicone oil not having a reactive functional group with a polyolefin resin at 0.5 to 20 wt.% of the entire part of the resin composition.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, a bearing where temperature can be detected without another addition of a sensor, and a power tool utilizing the bearing. SOLUTION: A pulsar ring 4 is mounted on an inner race that is a bearing ring of a rotating side and a rotation detecting sensor 8 is mounted at an position opposed to the pulsar ring 4a on an outer race. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform feeding of a carrying tape and winding of a top tape stripped from the carrying tape at a high speed. SOLUTION: The tape feeder unit comprises a unit 13 for feeding a feed tape 1 produced by pasting a top tape 3 to a carrying tape 2, a claw 30 for stripping the top tape 3, a unit 14 for winding the stripped top tape 3, a drive unit 12 common to both units, and a feeding side interlocked link mechanism 28 and a winding side interlocked link mechanism 31 provided for the drive unit 12, the feeding unit 13 and the winding unit 14. Oscillatory link of the interlocked link mechanism 28, 31 is fixed with clutch gears 38, 38', 63, 63' incorporating a pair of unidirectional clutches of the same directivity as the interlocked link mechanism 28, 31 so that a rotational torque is transmitted to each unit 13, 14 through a unidirectional clutch under locked state in both first and second half driving cycles of the drive unit 12.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production managing system capable of efficiently operating factories spread all over the world, and achieving cost reduction and delivery term shortening by sharing sales, distribution, and production information, and to freely change production places or production systems according to demands or production costs. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an integral virtual factory system 12 in which a plurality of virtual factory systems 11 corresponding to existing factories 4 are integrated, an integral remote-controlledly monitoring system 13 for remote-controlledly monitoring the production results of the existing factories 4, an order reception control management system 14, a circulation control management system 15, and a production planning means 16. The virtual factory system 11 is constituted of a simulation means 23 for allowing virtual factories 21 obtained by data-modeling the existing factories 4 to execute simulation production, and for verifying the producing situations. The production planning means 16 generates a production plan to be shared by each existing factory 4 according to the information obtained from the integral virtual factory system 12 or the other systems 13-16. SOLUTION: Double row rolling elements 3 are interposed between an outward member 1 and an inward member 2. A generator 4 for generating electricity by relative rotation between the outward member 1 and the inward member 2 is provided. The generator 4 comprises a coil/magnetic material pair 17 formed by storing a coil in a ring member and a multipolar magnet 18. A transmission means 5 for transmitting wirelessly a signal of the rotational frequency of the wheel 13 outputted from the generator 4 is provided. SOLUTION: In this frictional continuously variable transmission, carriers 25a and 25b are moved in the axial directions of input/output shafts 21 and 22 by a speed change mechanism 32, a contact part of a double cone 26, a sun roller 23 and an outer ring 24 is displaced, and continuously variable transmission is performed. Pressurizing cams 30 and 31 in which cam surfaces for imparting pressure contact force to the double cone 26 after changing pressure contact force according to input shaft torque and transmitting rotary torque are formed oppositely to the axial directions of the input/output shafts 21 and 22 are interposed into either one of at least between the sun roller 23 and a high speed shaft or between the outer ring 24 and a low speed shaft.
