The virtual factory system 11 is constituted of a simulation means 23 for allowing virtual factories 21 obtained by data-modeling the existing factories 4 to execute simulation production, and for verifying the producing situations. The production planning means 16 generates a production plan to be shared by each existing factory 4 according to the information obtained from the integral virtual factory system 12 or the other systems 13-16.
