Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production managing system capable of efficiently operating factories spread all over the world, and achieving cost reduction and delivery term shortening by sharing sales, distribution, and production information, and to freely change production places or production systems according to demands or production costs. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an integral virtual factory system 12 in which a plurality of virtual factory systems 11 corresponding to existing factories 4 are integrated, an integral remote-controlledly monitoring system 13 for remote-controlledly monitoring the production results of the existing factories 4, an order reception control management system 14, a circulation control management system 15, and a production planning means 16. The virtual factory system 11 is constituted of a simulation means 23 for allowing virtual factories 21 obtained by data-modeling the existing factories 4 to execute simulation production, and for verifying the producing situations. The production planning means 16 generates a production plan to be shared by each existing factory 4 according to the information obtained from the integral virtual factory system 12 or the other systems 13-16. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily verifiable the whole of a plant, to make easily performable efficient plant expansion in the case of newly rising a production line or process change of an existent line in a short time and to make appropriately performable the remote monitor of a constructed plant. SOLUTION: A virtual plant is prepared by making a partially or entirely newly designed plant into data model. The production condition and physical distribution condition are verified by making the virtual plant perform production simulation by a simulation means. A real plant matching with the verified virtual plant is constructed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can easily transmit information, which has not been transmitted by only a printed work instruction, to a production facility that is not connected with a network. SOLUTION: A work instruction 1 is used which is obtained by arranging the IC tag 2 enabling contactless communication with a work instruction body 1a. A work instruction issuing means 4 is arranged which records information of work instructions in the IC tag 2 of the work instruction 1. A work order content receiving means 12 is arranged which performs the processing for displaying the contents of the work instructions by reading out the information of the work instructions that is written in the IC tag 2 of the work instruction 1, and the processing for entering the information into a production facility 8. In the IC tag 2 of the work instruction 1 that is read by this means 12, a work history writing means 13 is arranged which writes the work history information generated in the production facility 8 while performing the work of this work instruction contents. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UHF band radio IC tag allowing which is easily manufactured and directly provided on a metal surface. SOLUTION: The UHF band radio IC tag 1 is provided with: a sheet-like substrate layer 2 made of a dielectric resin; a resin insulator layer 3 provided on the substrate layer 2; an antenna pattern 4; and an IC tag 5. The antenna pattern 4 is made of a high-dielectric resin and provided on the resin insulator layer 3. The IC tag 5 is connected to the antenna pattern 4 and is buried in the resin insulator layer 3.
