Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric excellent in water retention, diffusivity, and a suction height.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric comprises heat-bonding composite fibers made of a thermoplastic resin and composed of a high melting point component (A) and a low melting point component (B) that comprises a resin composition containing a crystalline resin (a) and an amorphous resin (b) and separates or surrounds the high melting point component (A). (1) The mass ratio of the high melting point component (A) to the low melting point component (B) is represented by the high melting point component (A)/the low melting point component (B)=45/55-35/65. (2) The crystalline resin (a) in the low melting point component (B) has a melting point that is equal to or lower than the glass transition point of the amorphous resin (b). (3) The content of the amorphous resin (b) is 5 mass % or more based on the whole heat-bonding composite fibers. (4) The nonwoven fabric is obtained by heat fusing the composite fibers. In the nonwoven fabric, the composite fibers of base fibers have a separation structure of two components of a massive part formed by aggregation of the low melting point component (B) and a fibrous part that mainly comprises the high melting point component (A) and pierces through the massive part.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily forming a projecting shape with a height hard to form by the conventional method on the surface of a hollow structural sheet made of a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a hollow structural sheet provided with a surface material made of a thermoplastic resin sheet on the face, in the hollow projecting part molding sheet made of a thermoplastic resin sheet with a plurality of hollow projecting parts formed at intervals, on the face of the side in which the hollow projecting parts are opened. The method at least comprises a volatile substance introduction step in which a volatile substance is introduced into the at least one or more hollow projecting parts of the hollow projecting part molding sheet and a volatile substance sealing step in which the surface material is laminated and stuck to the hollow projecting part molding sheet subjected to the volatile substance introduction step, and, in a state where the volatile substance is introduced into the hollow projecting parts, sealing is performed.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and highly durable fiber-reinforced composite resin linear product suitable for a duct core layer. SOLUTION: The linear product is used specially as a center layer which holds the shape of a duct, especially, a large bore duct such as a duct for dust collection, etc. In other words, the linear product is a fiber-reinforced composite resin linear product which is of a spiral or ring-like shape and obtained by thermally curing a linear product intermediate composed of a filament 11 impregnated with an uncured heat-curable resin 12, and a thermoplastic resin 13 coating the outer circumference of the filament 11.
