    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an electromagnetic wave absorbing material capable of implementing necessary sufficient electromagnetic wave irregular deflection countermeasure by only applying the sheet-type sound-absorption electromagnetic wave absorbing material, realizing the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet excellent in resistance to water and resistance to weather by a cosmetic protecting layer, being installed at any place, and maintaining electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristics for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet consisting of a two-layer structure of an electromagnetic wave absorbing material metallic deflection layer and the electromagnetic wave absorbing layer, is constituted of the wave absorbing layer, prepared by mixing and dispersing 20-90wt% of a magnetic material constituted of more than one kind selected from various kinds of ferrites and iron powders and 0.5-20wt% of more than one kind of dielectric materials selected from carbon, titanium oxide and zinc oxide into 5-60wt% of binder resin. The wave absorbing sheet having the thickness of not more than 10.0mm is installed as a first layer with a clearance, and the wave absorbing sheet is installed as a second layer at a position of blocking the clearance part of the first layer with a clearance of not less than 3mm.
