Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material which does not generate color bleeding of micro-characters even when a storing part of a container main body is closed by the lid material under a high temperature and high pressure condition and can keep a clear micro-character printing, and to provide a package using this lid material. SOLUTION: This lid material A is the lid material A for closing the storing part B1 of the container main body B made of a synthetic resin in which the storing part B1 capable of storing pills is provided so as to be recessed. A heat encapsulating layer 2 is integrally laminated on one face of an aluminum foil 1 and a printing layer 3 for the micro-characters is formed between the aluminum foil 1 and the heat encapsulating layer 2. The micro-characters is characterized in that the micro-characters are printed by using an ink comprising a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a condensate of a melamine derivative shown in a formula 1, and a silane coupling agent shown by a formula 2 or a formula 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-walled synthetic resin-made packaging container which absorbs a compressive force while a height is elastically changed when the compressive force acts, and can be elastically restored to its original shape without generating strain deformation. SOLUTION: The lower part of a container body 1 is formed into a small-diameter body 2B having a number of vertical channels 5 on its peripheral wall, and the upper end of the small-diameter body 2B is continuously connected to the lower end of a large diameter body 2A through a flange 4 horizontally projecting outward. Horizontal channels 6 communicating with respective vertical channels 5 over inner and outer peripheral ends of the flange 4 are provided at small intervals on the flange 4. When a downward compressive force acts on the container body 1, the flange 4 can be bent downward while the compressive force is absorbed by elastically expanding and contracting channel widths of the horizontal channels 6 formed at the flange 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing implement by which a stained surface of dishes, a bathtub, a floor surface, or the like is smoothly and securely washed, and a foreign substance or the like firmly stuck is readily scraped. SOLUTION: The washing implement has a cut pile fabric 2 densely provided with multiple projecting cut piles 3 having a certain length and bonded on the surface of a sponge material 1. The cut pile fabric 2 is obtained by weaving pile yarns between two base fabrics formed by weaving warps and wefts, and cutting off the pile yarns. The cut piles 3 are provided so as to project straight, so that the end surfaces of all the cut piles 3 wholly make slide contact with the stained surface to efficiently wash the stained surface and an outer peripheral edge corner of the end surface securely scrapes a deposition such as the foreign substance. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hard metal foil in which odor is reduced. SOLUTION: In the method for producing hard metal foil, at least one side in long-length hard metal foil in which rolling oil remains on the surface is coated with a cleaning solution obtained by dissolving fatty acid glyceride into a solvent and also comprising the fatty acid glyceride by 0.01 to 1.0 wt%, so as to be 1 to 10 g/m 2 , thereafter, the hard metal foil is heated, and the solvent is evaporated and removed, and it is then continuously coiled around a coiling stem. In accordance with the evaporation of the solvent in the cleaning solution, the evaporation and removal of the rolling oil are accelerated, and the amount of the rolling oil remaining on the hard metal foil is reduced. Further, a trace amount of the rolling oil still remaining on the hard metal foil is wrapped in the fatty acid glyceride, and the obtained hard metal foil hardly has odor caused by the rolling oil, and can be suitably used for food or the like. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material for a press through pack which prevents generation of formaldehyde so that a medicine or the like packaged in the press through pack hardly receives a bad influence. SOLUTION: The lid material for the press through pack is made by laminating an aluminum foil body, a character print layer and/or colored layer, and a heat sealing layer in this order to form an integral body. The character print layer and/or colored layer is made of a resin producing the formaldehyde and an ink composition containing a pigment. The hear sealing layer is composed of a hot melt adhesive and a hydrazide compound blended therewith. The hydrazide compound may also be blended with the ink compound. A melamine resin is used as the resin producing the formaldehyde, and a polyolefin resin is used as the hot melt adhesive. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inspection to check whether defect such as a flaw exists or not on a synthetic resin film main body under a display to be easily performed in a synthetic resin film for packaging on which the display is printed. SOLUTION: For this synthetic resin film for packaging, on the surface of the synthetic resin film main body, the display of characters or patterns is printed. The display is printed using a printing ink containing a white pigment. The average particle diameter of the white pigment is 0.3 μm or lower. Also, for the white pigment, the white pigment main body surface is covered with a synthetic resin film. The white pigment main body is a rutile type titanium dioxide. The display which is printed with the printing ink containing the white pigment is excellent in infrared permeability. Thus, by irradiating the synthetic resin film for packaging on which the display is printed with an infrared ray, whether defect such as a flaw exists on the synthetic resin film main body under the display or not can easily be inspected.
