Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a paper vessel for a culture medium at a low cost by improving the production efficiency. SOLUTION: Stock rolls 10, 11 are prepared as a material for a paper board. Paper sheets 14, 15 laminated with a thermoplastic resin are wound on the stock rolls 10, 11. An opening is opened on a laminated paper 14 for forming at least one material of two paper boards by using a Thomson mold 13. A nonwoven fabric 16 is supplied from a stock roll 12 and sandwiched between a pair of the laminate paper sheets. Heat and pressure are applied by a hot press roll 17 to the laminate paper pair 14, 15 holding the nonwoven fabric 16 to flow the thermoplastic resin and fill the resin in the spaces of the nonwoven fabric 16. SOLUTION: A holding means for applying material such as starch losing stickiness by drying and again recovering stickiness by application of liquid such as water to a sheet material to keep the sheet material is formed on the surface of the core. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling body manufacturing method capable of simultaneously performing a step of a filling fluid in an interior bag and a step of erecting an exterior box, a filling body and a fluid packaging container, and a filling body capable of easily preventing flow-in of air into the interior bag under the filling operation and reducing the effect on the content on the sanitary aspect. SOLUTION: In the filling body manufacturing method having a paper-made exterior box with a flap to constitute at least one of a top side and a bottom side continuously connected to upper and lower sides of at least four side surfaces connected in a ring via a folding line, a plastic inner bag affixed to at least one side surface of the exterior box, and the fluid filled in the interior bag, the fluid is filled in the interior bag, the exterior box is erected by the filling pressure of the interior bag, the interior bag is then closed, and the flap is folded by the folding line to assemble the exterior box. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting system which has a stable engaging force between a plug and a male member when the male member is inserted/removed to/from a female member, the male member for the connecting system, and a closure member. SOLUTION: This connecting system is equipped with the female member 1, the plug 2 and the male member 3. In this case, the female member 1 has a conduit 11 penetrating in the axial direction, and is fixed in the opening of a container. The plug 2 is freely detachably engaged with the upper end part of the female member 1, and can close the upper end opening 16 of the conduit 11. The male member 3 has a pinching part 31 which pinches the outer periphery of the plug 2, and a rod-like part 33 which connects with the lower side of the pinching part 31, and is freely removably inserted in the conduit 11 of the female member 1 from the lower side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded product of a synthetic resin blended with a natural fiber such as waste paper, which draws attention as one method for recycling the waste paper or the measures to reduce a combustion calorie, and eliminates an uncomfortable odor or a gum generated in a mold during thermal molding, and a composition for manufacturing the molded product which is odorless and applied to various uses. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a molded product of a resin blended with a natural fiber such as waste paper comprises the steps of melt- kneading a powdered substance of the material fiber such as waste paper and a thermoplastic resin at specified loads to obtain a principal material, then adding a calcium oxide additive containing 0.2 to 5 pts.wt. of calcium oxide to 100 pts.wt. of the principal material and thermally molding the mixture of the principal material and the calcium oxide additive not through undergoing a history of the chemical reaction of the calcium oxide to manufacture the molded product of a resin blended with a natural fiber such as waste paper.
