Abstract: PURPOSE: A heater device for an electric heater is provided to eliminate heat loss between a heating object and a filling hole, thereby farther emitting heat to a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A heating object is made of nano particles so that the gap between the heating object and the inner circumference of a storage hole is fully filled by the heating object. The heating object emits heat in response to power to both ends of the heating object. An insulation member(150) insulates both ends of the heating object from a heat emitting plate(110). 본 발명에 의하여, 입체 음향으로 음성 통신 참여자의 인지능력을 향상시킴으로써 효과적으로 음성 통신을 할 수 있게 된다.
