PURPOSE: A PC/TV unified remote controller system having multi-functional wireless telephone and wireless mouse functions is provided to perform multi-functional TV remote controller, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse functions using one remote controller and add a wireless telephone function to prove wireless telephone, wireless microphone and wireless Internet phone functions. CONSTITUTION: If a pushed key is a key for using a wireless telephone, an Internet phone, and a wireless microphone, the content is informed to a microcomputer of a wireless telephone handy unit(131) through a communication line(121). An infrared data process microcomputer(111) converts an electric signal varied from a wireless mouse position detecting circuit(112) into an infrared ray, generates a digital code, and transmits the digital code to an infrared data receiving device of a fixing device(200). An infrared data receiving microcomputer(211) analyzes a signal received from a transmission circuit(212) of an infrared data receiving unit(210) and judges whether the analyzed signal is keyboard and mouse data. If the analyzed signal is a keyboard control code, the keyboard data are transmitted to a keyboard port of an Internet TV/general computer(300) through an interface unit(213). PURPOSE: A RF variable filter circuit in a magnetic resonant imaging modem by a tracking filter is provided to filter intensities of all magnetic fields by a simple operation regardless of an intensity of a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: An erasable and programmable read only memory(1) and a digital/analog converter(2) are connected to each other in series and support various intensities of magnetic fields. The erasable and programmable read only memory(1) and digital/analog converter(2) are inserted into a frequency variable tracking filter(3) which changes a frequency. The digital/analog converter(2) converts data stored in erasable and programmable read only memory(1) into an analog signal. The analog signal from the digital/analog converter(2) is provided to the frequency variable tracking filter(3). The frequency variable tracking filter(3) controls the analog signal from the digital/analog converter(2) according to a control signal. The control signal includes a resonant frequency signal suitable to each magnetic field and element.

PURPOSE: The method for dividedly using a RF transceiver and a user interface part of a cellular phone with blue-tooth is provided to reduce the weight and the cost of the cellular phone, to remove the adverse effect of electromagnetic wave, and to make the interface part have various designs like an accessory, by enabling the interface part to be carried in hand and the RF transceiver to be portable separately. CONSTITUTION: A RF transceiver part(1) connected to a battery, includes a receiver part(1a), a transmission part(1b) and a voice synthesizing part(1c). A demodulation part(2) includes a digital processing system(2b), a micro-controller unit(2c) and a blue-tooth module(2a). A user interface part(4) includes a blue-tooth module(4a), a speaker(4b), a key pad(4c), a liquid crystal display part(4d) and an additional function part(4e). The user interface part(4) further includes a microphone part(4f), a small battery(4g) and an interface part antenna(5'). The demodulation part(2) communicates with the user interface part(4) by a short distance radio signal. An antenna(5) is connected to the RF transceiver part(1).

PURPOSE: A method for intelligently detecting/tracking a face in real-time through an active camera using a cascade classifier is provided to satisfy calculation efficiency and detection performance at the same time by using the cascade classifier, and accept diversity such as lighting change, complex background, overlap/tilt of the face, and face area change. CONSTITUTION: An integrated image is generated. A hierarchically formed cascade classifier is generated. The face is tracked by using face position information tracked in real-time. The lighting change is accepted by applying a Gaussian filter and a comparing extension method. The overlap between the complex background and the face region, and profile are accepted by using a feature mask to extract features of the face. The tile of the face is accepted by using the rotated feature mask. Diverse face area sizes are accepted by performing scanning after forming a pyramid having multiple resolutions.

PURPOSE: A material for covering a seed and a method for manufacturing a pellet seed using the same are provided to be suitable for a maker of a pellet seed and a seeding machine and to produce a pellet seed without no problem in germinating, raising etc. CONSTITUTION: The material for covering a seed comprises a Yeongog Series Clay Loam(YSCL) and an aqueous solution of an arabic gum. The concentration of the arabic gum contained in the aqueous solution of the arabic gum is 10%. The particle size of the YSCL is 500 or less micrometers. The method for manufacturing a pellet seed comprises the steps of: preparing a solid material for covering a seed; preparing an adhesive by dissolving an arabic gum to obtain the aqueous solution; putting a seed in the solid material and mixing with the adhesive to prepare a mixture for forming a pellet seed; forming a pellet seed by a pellet seed maker; and dry blowing.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for lighting multi-lamps for a back light of a liquid crystal display is provided to reduce power consumption and the size of the back light by lighting the multi-lamps with one lighting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching elements(10,20,30,40) is operated by gate signals(S1-S4) for converting direct current voltage into pulse wave alternating current voltage. A serial resonance circuit made up of a parallel capacitor(50) and a transformer(60) converts the pulse wave alternating current voltage into sine wave alternating current voltage according to a resonance operation. Serial capacitors(80,81) are driven by the sine wave alternating current voltage from the serial resonance element for lighting a plurality of lamps(90,91) respectively. A control unit(110) generates the gate signals controlling the alternating current voltage converting operation of the alternating current converter.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin-film YCrO3 NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor is provided to reduce the power consumption by using a high-frequency magnetron sputtering process. CONSTITUTION: Amounts of Y2O3 and Cr2O3 are weighted(S10) in order to form YCrO3 for depositing. The weighted Y2O3 and Cr2O3 are calcined at temperature of 250-350°C during 2.5 to 3.5 hours and dried in an oven at temperature of 80-120°C(S20). The dried Y2O3 and Cr2O3 are pressure-formed through a metal mold(S30). The pressure-formed Y2O3 and Cr2O3 are sintered to form YCr2O3 for depositing(S40). YCrO3 is sputtered through a high-frequency magnetron to deposit YCrO3 thin-film on a silicon wafer(S50). The deposited YCrO3 thin-film is treated with heat(S60). A platinum electrode is deposited on YCrO3 thin-film(S70).

PURPOSE: A grid type channel equalizer in connection with a viterbi decoder is provided to connect with a viterbi decoder, and to couple with an LMS decision feedback channel equalizer, then to automatically select an equalizer having a small output error, thereby improving channel equalization performance in a blind mode and removing signal distortions. CONSTITUTION: An LMS decision feedback channel equalizer(321) uses LMS algorithm by updating equalizer tap coefficients. A grid type decision feedback channel equalizer(322) uses a grid type for channel equalization. An error measurer(323) using segment synchronization measures errors of each equalizer output by using ATSC segment synchronization for output errors of the LMS decision feedback channel equalizer(321) and the grid type decision feedback channel equalizer(322). An equalizer output selector(324) automatically selects an equalizer having a small error based on measured results of the error measurer(323). A viterbi decoder(325) corrects a transmission error in a blind mode.
