PURPOSE: A drilling data analysis method is provided to display a graph depending on the depth of punching hole by measuring and collecting a feed pressure, stroke pressure, rotation pressure and punching speed. CONSTITUTION: A feed pressure, stroke pressure, rotation pressure and punching speed reacting for a drill rod of a jumbo drill machine are sensed by a stroke pressure sensor, a rotation pressure sensor and a feedback pressure sensor and a drilling speed sensor. The sensed data are collected after being transferred to a data logger through a signal converter. The data are analyzed through the PC installing an application software.

PURPOSE: A door sealing test method is provided to carry out a sealing test by mounting a door or window on the front side of an airtight space and pressurizing air in the airtight space. CONSTITUTION: A door sealing test method comprises the steps of: mounting a door sealing test device(100) on a main body(110), actuating a plurality of pneumatic cylinders(150) so that a fixing lever(154) presses a window and door(D) against a border frame(120a) of an airtightness space(120), using a high pressure fan to pressurize to 10~500Pa, checking a differential pressure display and a flow rate display, and obtaining a measurement result of the sealing test.

PURPOSE: Recycled aggregate for concrete using environment-friendly rapid carbonation reaction is provided to show similar dry shrinkage to that of common concrete made of natural aggregates. CONSTITUTION: Recycled aggregates for concrete have 3.1-8% of absorption rate. The recycled aggregates for concrete have absolute density of 2.2~2.49 g/cm^3. The recycled aggregates for concrete have pH of 11-12.5 and the size of 5-25mm. A method for producing high-density neutral recycled aggregates for concrete comprises the step of performing rapid carbonation reaction through which aggregate reacts to carbon dioxide in a closed chamber in order to neutralize Ca(OH)2 in mortar included in recycled aggregate more than 70%. Owing to the production method, the absorption rate of the produced recycled aggregate is dropped to 1.5-3.0%, and absolute density is increased to 2.5~4.0g/cm^3, and pH is decreased to 7.5-10.

CONSTITUTION: A neutralizing apparatus(100) of recycled aggregate using a promoting neutralization reaction includes a chamber body(111), an input opening body(114), a discharge opening body(116), a stirring device(120), and a gas supply device(140). The chamber body includes a neutralization space, an inlet, and an outlet. The recycled aggregate is received in the neutralization space. The recycled aggregate is put into the inlet. The recycled aggregate is discharged to the outlet. The input opening body is arranged on a side of the inlet. The stirring device is installed at the chamber body. The gas supply device is connected with a side of the chamber body. The stirring device includes a stirring pipe, a stirring screw, and a stirring motor.

A precast arch box structure including a horizontal restraint type segment joint is provided to prevent horizontal displacement on a joint of segments by external pressure like earth pressure, etc. A precast arch box structure(100) is divided into many segments(110,120), wherein a coherent structure of a convex portion and a concave portion is formed on a joint of the segments located adjacently to each other, and a fastening member(130) is inserted to pass through one segment not to be adhered closely to an insertion hole of one segment, and the bottom of the fastening member is fixed to the other segment to have a joint structure to restrict horizontal displacement on the joint by the fastening member and to allow rotary displacement by the interval between the fastening member and the insertion hole of one segment.

A wireless blasting vibration measuring system comprises: a plurality of wireless transducers(100) to which a Zigbee-based wireless network chip is mounted and a processor(700) receiving data transmitted from the wireless transducers. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(1) of a building cladding comprises a bolt(100) of an anchor shape, a fixture(200), and a covering layer(300). The bolt comprises a fixing anchor(120) in one side and a fastening projection(110) in the other side. The fixture comprises a plate member in one side and a vertical member(220) in the other side. The plate member is selectively fixed on a cladding arranged in the outside of the external wall of a building or a steel structure. The vertical member is upwardly projected in a vertical direction from the center of the plate member and has a hollow internal space.
