According to the present invention, the magnetic-nanoparticle/platinum-nanoparticle/porous-carbon composite exhibits high activity as peroxidase which is remarkably improved as compared to conventional composites in which magnetic nanoparticles are used alone. Therefore, the composite of the present invention can be fixed alone or together with an organic enzyme, and used as a highly sensitive inorganic signal inducer. The composite of the present invention has the effects of high-sensitivity color diagnosis on the material serving as an objective substrate for enzymes, and is reusable and thus economically advantageous.
