Abstract: The present invention relates to transgenic plants for producing cellulose by a mechanism of autohydrolysis and a method producing soluble sugars using them, more particularly to transgenic plants transformed with recombinant cDNA coding cellulase, cellulose binding domain and chloroplast targeting peptide and a method producing soluble sugars using them. Transgenic plants and a method producing soluble sugars using them would be a highly cost-effective system for the production of soluble sugars on a large scale.

Abstract: Método electroquímico para detectar la hibridación entre un ácido nucleico fijado sobre una superficie de electrodo (sonda de captación) y un ácido nucleico complementario a éste que se deriva de una muestra mediante una neutralización eléctrica de un ácido nucleico de doble cadena o un ácido nucleico de cadena única con un material de unión a ácidos nucleicos, en el que el método de detección comprende: (a) fijar la sonda de captación sobre una superficie de electrodo para obtener una capa de ácido nucleico; (b) poner en contacto la sonda de captación fijada sobre la superficie de electrodo con el ácido nucleico derivado de una muestra para inducir la hibridación; (c) hacer reaccionar simultanea o secuencialmente una sonda de captación hibridada o no hibridada con un tensioactivo y un material de unión a ácidos nucleicos, en el que el material de unión a ácidos nucleicos tiene carga positiva, para cambiar una cantidad de carga o estado de carga de la sonda de captación hibridada o no hibridada mediante la unión a éste; y (d) monitorizar una corriente eléctrica o cantidad de carga de la superficie de electrodo en una disolución de electrolito electroactivo para determinar si la sonda de captación se hibrida o no.
