본 발명은 활성성분으로서 하기 화학식 1의 헥소사민 화합물 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는, 수술 후 유착증 (Post-operative adhesion)의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물에 포함된 헥소사민 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 복강에서 섬유소성 장 유착을 유발시킨 쥐 (rat) 모델에서 우수한 장 유착 저해활성을 나타내므로, 각종 외과적 수술 후 유발되는 부작용 중 하나인 섬유소성 장 유착 병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 스핑고실포스포릴콜린 (sphingosylphosphorylcholine; SPC)의 조절제 (modulator)를 이용하여 CCL27/CTACK (Cutaneous T-cell-attracting chemokine)의 발현을 억제시키는 방법 및 CCL27/CTACK 발현의 억제정도를 측정하여 SPC의 조절제 후보 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것으로, SPC가 아토피 피부염, 건선 및 염증성 피부 질환 환자들에서 발현 증가 양상을 보이고 있는 CCL27/CTACK의 발현을 증가시키므로, 본 발명에 따라 SPC 조절제를 투여하여 CCL27/CTACK의 발현을 억제시킴으로써 CCL27/CTACK 발현 증가 관련 질환의 치료 및 예방 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, CCL27/CTACK 유전자 또는 이들 단백질의 발현 억제 정도를 분석하여 SPC 조절제를 효율적으로 검색 (screening)할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A composition is provided to promote the migration of melanocytes in skin and hair, to relieve and treat a lesion in hypopigmentary diseases such as vitiligo and grey hair, and to quickly and simply screen the skin vitalizing substance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting adult melanocyte migration contains chemokine which is selected from a group consisting of CTACK, I-TAC, Lptn, PARC, SDF1, and TARC. The composition is used for treating hypopigmentary diseases. A kit for detecting a skin vitalizing substance contains a chemokine-specific antibody, a secondary antibody, a chromogenic label, and skin cells. The kit is used for detecting the skin vitalizing substance by screening a material which regulates expression of chemokine in skin cells. A method for detecting skin vitalizing substance comprises: a step of treating the skin cells with a candidate material and identifying expression of chemokine; and a step of isolating and purifying a material which reduces expression of chemokine. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which regulates skin pigmentation comprises: a step of treating one or more gene selected from the group consisting of IFN gamma, IL4, IL17, IL6, STAT3, STAT6, JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3 with a candidate material; and a step of selecting a candidate material which enhances or reduces gene expression as a material which regulates skin pigmentation. A candidate material which enhances gene expression is selected as a useful material which possibly suppresses pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a three dimensional matrix contains each 0.001-30wt% of collagen IV, liminin, nidogen, and proteoglycan in a proportion. The three dimensional matrix includes a matrix for suppressing cell division or cell dedifferentiation. The cell is human pigmentary skin cells. The three dimensional matrix is prepared using the composition.

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating efficiency of UV protector is provided to measure cell apoptosis rate and to accurately protect UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating efficiency of UV protector comprises: a step of applying an UV protector onto UV permeable material; a step of irradiating UV onto the upper portion of the UV permeable material; and a step of measuring cell death of skin cells. The UV permeable material is a quartz plate or band pass filter. The skin cells include keratinocytes, fibroblasts, or melanocytes. The cell death includes apoptosis and necrosis.

PURPOSE: A skin external composition containing medicinal herb extract is provided to suppress proliferation of interleukin-2 and -4 and T lymphocyte and treat or prevent dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and psoriasis. CONSTITUTION: A skin external composition for treating or preventing atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis or psoriasis contains Bistorta manshuriensis extract as an active ingredient in 0.001~10 weight% based on total weight. A method for preparing Bistorta manshuriensis extract comprises: a step of pulverizing Bistorta manshuriensis and pulverizing a step of adding 95% of ethanol and heating at 80°C for two hours; a step of placing the extract at room temperature for one hour and filtering; and a step of evaporating and concentrating.
