A method for evaluating the effect of cosmetic composition may include a step of performing a whitening-blacking process on a second skin image after the cosmetic composition is coated and a first skin image before the cosmetic composition is coated, respectively; a step of measuring shadow values respectively corresponding to a skin structure from the first skin image and the second skin image which are performed by the whitening-blacking process; and a step of measuring the effect of the cosmetic composition by comparing the shadow value measured by the second skin image and the showdown value measured by the first skin image. The effect such as the cover force of makeup products from an image which is a photographed image of a skin can be objectively evaluated by applying the principle of densitometry to the effect evaluation of the cosmetic composition. PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a powder ingredient including a platy powder, a spherical powder, and a urethane powder is provided to cover skin spots, to express natural skin, and to ensure convenience and portability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 10-50 wt% of a platy powder, 30-70 wt% of a spherical powder, and 20-40 wt% of a urethane powder. The platy powder is selected from the group consisting of talc, mica, and synthetic fluorphlogopite. The spherical powder is selected from the group consisting of the urethane powder, silica, polymethylmethacrylate, and calcium aluminium borosilicate.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for make-up of baked type is provided to ensure excellent portability, hardness, and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for make-up contains powder pigment and O/W or W/O type emulsification binder. The powder pigment includes talc, kaolin, mica, sericite, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide, titanated mica, barium sulfate(BaSO_4), alumina(Al_2O_3), boron nitride, bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl), polyethylene powder, polymethylmethacrylate powder, polyethyleneterphtalate-polymethylmethacrylate laminate powder, or nylon powder. The O/W or W/O type emulsification binder contains 40-80 wt% of water, 1-10 wt% of moisturizer, 16-55 wt% of oil and wax, 2-8 wt% of emulsifier, 0.5-1.0 wt% of tackifier, and 0.3-0.5 wt% of preservative. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of mixing powder pigment; a step of preparing the O/W or W/O type emulsification binder; and a step of mixing the powder pigment and O/W or W/O type emulsification binder.

The polyol is alcohol which comprises two or more hydroxy groups and 1-6 carbons. The polyol is selected from a group consisting of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and glycerol.

CONSTITUTION: A complex powder contains powder and particulate powder. The powder has curved surface and/or flat surface. The surface is coated with the particulate powder. The powder has a hemi spherical, semi-elliptical, disk, cylindrical, tetrahedral, or pyramide shape. The powder is formed of silica, alumina, nylon, methyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, silicone elastomer, acryl-based polymer, methyl siloxane net-shaped polymer, crosslinking dimethyl polysiloxane, or a plant-derived extract. A cosmetic composition contains 2-80 wt% of the composite powder as an active ingredient.
