Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for make-up of baked type is provided to ensure excellent portability, hardness, and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for make-up contains powder pigment and O/W or W/O type emulsification binder. The powder pigment includes talc, kaolin, mica, sericite, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide, titanated mica, barium sulfate(BaSO_4), alumina(Al_2O_3), boron nitride, bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl), polyethylene powder, polymethylmethacrylate powder, polyethyleneterphtalate-polymethylmethacrylate laminate powder, or nylon powder. The O/W or W/O type emulsification binder contains 40-80 wt% of water, 1-10 wt% of moisturizer, 16-55 wt% of oil and wax, 2-8 wt% of emulsifier, 0.5-1.0 wt% of tackifier, and 0.3-0.5 wt% of preservative. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of mixing powder pigment; a step of preparing the O/W or W/O type emulsification binder; and a step of mixing the powder pigment and O/W or W/O type emulsification binder.
