PURPOSE: A composition containing non-ionic tea water derived from enzyme-inactivated raw tea leaves and a cosmetic product or pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to relieve inflammation and itching of a patient with atopic dermatitis and to prevent and treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis contains 0.1-99 wt% of non-ionic tea water derived from enzyme-inactivated tea leaves as an active ingredient. The linalool concentration of the tea water is 5 ug or less. The tea water is prepared by inactivating tea leaf enzyme and juicing to prepare tea juice and removing ions from the tea juice. The tea juice is prepared by steaming, heating, or treating at high pressure.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing green tea polysaccharide and Tricholoma matsutake extract for antiaging is provided to promote aging due to UV ray and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-20.0 weight% of green tea polysaccharide and Tricholoma matsutake extract in a mixture ratio of 1.0:10.0-10.0:1.0 as an active ingredient. The green tea polysaccharide is prepared by extracting green tea leaves at 80-90°C, concentrating, filtering to remove impurities, adding ethanol by dropwise, and performing hot wind drying.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging contains Cornus officinalis extract as an active ingredient. A method for processing Cornus officinalis: a process of boiling, roasting, steaming Cornus officinalis; and a step of extracting Cornus officinalis using water or organic solvent. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate, chloroform or mixture solvent.

A skin external composition for skin-whitening contains 0.001-10% of manassantin B which is extracted from Saururus chinensis Baill by extracting Saururus chinensis Baill with water or organic solvent selected from ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate, chloroform and methylene chloride, filtering the extract, concentrating the filtered solution under reduced pressure, extracting the concentrate with methylene chloride and concentrating the extract under reduced pressure, and is formulated as solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation or spray.
