Abstract:
PURPOSE: A phenolic foam board is provided to improve insulation and fire resistance properties and to significantly reduce the overall density of a foam board. CONSTITUTION: A phenolic foam board (31) comprises a honeycomb flat board (33), a phenolic foam layer (35), and a surface material (37). The honeycomb flat board is shaped into a flat board with predetermined thickness and is made of a honeycomb structure. The phenolic foam layer is shaped into a board with predetermined thickness. The phenolic foam layer is attached and fixed to both sides of the honeycomb flat board. The surface material is shaped into a sheet with predetermined thickness and is attached to the outer surface of the phenolic foam layer.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A core material for vacuum insulation panel, a vacuous insulator, and a manufacturing method thereof using thereof are provided to enhance insulating performance and durability and to reduce manufacturing cost by forming a phenol resin hardening foam which has less 20% of closed cell content. CONSTITUTION: A core material for vacuum insulation panel(100) is formed with cured phenol resin foam which has less than 20% of closed cell content. The phenol resin hardening foam includes 50-500 microns of bubble. A manufacturing method of a core material for vacuum insulation panel comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing phenol resin hardening foam core; a step of eliminating remnant materials by applying pressure of 0.5-10 Pa on the core material at 50-250 deg. Celsius; and a step of performing vacuum packaging by covering the core material with outer skin material.
