PURPOSE: A phytosphingosine derivative is provided to have excellent prevention, releasing, and treating effects of skin diseases, autoimmune diseases and hyperkeratotic disorders. CONSTITUTION: A phytosphingosine derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. A composition for preventing and treating inflammatory skin diseases, autoimmune diseases and hyperkeratotic disorders comprises the phytosphingosine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A manufacturing method of the phytosphingosine derivative comprises a step of conducting a reaction of maleic anhydride or fumaric acid, and phytosphingosine, in an organic solvent; and a step of separating the phytosphingosine derivative from the results. The organic solvent includes dichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide with a mixing ratio of 3:1(v/v).

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing kurarinone or a Sophora flavescens extract is provided to suppress cell activity causing dermatitis including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and contact dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing and treating psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, or contact dermatitis contains kurarinone of chemical formula 1 or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition contains a Sophora flavescens extract as an active ingredient. The extract contains a compound selected from a group consisting of kurarinol, kurarinone, kushenol N, kushenol I, kushenol M, kuraridin, 8-lavandulylkaempferol, (2S)-2'-methoxykurarinone, sophoraflavanone G, trifolirhizin, (-)maackiain, variabilin, medicarpin, and sophoracarpan A. The extract is prepared using a solvent selected from a group consisting of water, C1-C6 alcohol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, dichloromethane, chloroform, n-Hexane, diethylether, acetone, and benzene.

본 발명은 난관 특이적 발현 프로모터 및 이를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 닭의 난관에서 특이적으로 발현하는 AGR2(anterior gradient 2) 유전자의 프로모터 및 상기 프로모터와 목적 단백질을 암호화하는 목적 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 난관 특이적 발현 프로모터는 계란에 대량의 단백질을 축적하기 위하여 많은 단백질을 분비하는 기관인 난관에서만 특이적으로 단백질의 발현을 유도할 수 있기 때문에 고부가가치 유용성분을 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 형질전환 닭의 생산, 기능성 계란의 생산 및 가금의 경제형질 개선에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 난관, 프로모터, 발현 벡터

An oviduct specific expression promoter and a recombinant expression vector including the same are provided to induce the expression of proteins specifically in an oviduct secreting a large amount of the proteins for accumulating a large amount of the protein into an egg, thereby being usefully used in order to produce a transgenic fowl capable of producing a large amount of highly valued useful ingredients, producing functional eggs and improving economical traits of domestic fowls. An oviduct specific expression promoter includes nucleotide sequences from 1996th to 2882nd of SEQ ID : NO. 1(from -7 to -893 at a transcription start point of an AGR-2 gene). A recombinant expression vector comprises at least one of the oviduct specific expression promoter and a nucleotide sequence encoding a target gene operably linked to the promoter. A transgenic cell is transformed by the recombinant expression vector. A method for producing the target protein comprises a step of culturing the transgenic cell.
