Abstract: PURPOSE: An aluminium anodic oxidation apparatus and method with low temperature high voltage, and a nano-master prepared by the device are provided to form desired thickness and inter-pore interval of a nano-pattern by regulating the temperature and voltage properly. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium anodic oxidation apparatus with low temperature high voltage comprises a reaction tank(10) in which a reactive material(12) is embedded, an ultralow temperature application part(15) which lowers the temperature of the reactive material in the reaction tank, and a high voltage application part which provides electricity to the reaction tank. The anode(101) of the reaction tank is connected to the reactive material of the reaction tank, while the cathode(102) contacts with the electrolyte in the reaction tank.

Abstract: An injection mold using a Peltier element is provided to heat up and cool the mold more rapidly so that the molded material is prevented from being scorched or torn. An injection mold using comprises a fixed plate(100b) and a movable plate(100a) in which injection molding plates(110) are fixed in the center and a combination groove(101) for binding the injection molding plate is formed on the contact surface of the fixed and movable plates, a Peltier element(114) which is combined to the injection molding plate for rapid heating and cooling, an insulation board(120) for blocking the heat transfer which is interposed between the combination groove and the injection molding plate and has a cut groove(121) formed on the contact side with the Peltier element, and an aluminium plate(130) formed on the cut groove for smooth heat transmission with the Peltier element.
